Ain't gonna happen, foreign aid is less than $25B

    http://www.downsizinggovernment.org/charts.php

Health and Human services - $900B
    SSI $870B
    Department of Defense $660B
Interest on the debt, $420B (that at ~2%, wait until interest rate return to normal)

Even eliminating any one of those, won't eliminate the deficit, let alone the debt.

    don't get confused

I said end all foriegn aid UNTIL the debt is gone.

Don't incorrectly assume that the ending of the aid will be only thing need cutting.

Just end it until we are outa debt.

We have no business paying money from taxpayers to foriegners while we are in debt ourselves. fekem!

Funny thing is polls show Americans think foreign aid is like 10% of budget and want it dropped to 1% which would actually be a huge increase. Cutting it to zero would be like a family in debt saying they're gonna stop dropping quarters in the gas station tip jar until they get their house paid off.

George W. Bush Jr. setup the African AIDS program, which is responsible for saving five million lives over the course of the program. It has cost under $50 billion dollars.

Knowing this, deciding to cut that aid to balance the budget requires you to literally value an economic feat with minimal benefits over five million human beings. So... No.
