Watching my new, favorite, Numero Uno, news programs on Al Jazeera Channel I heard the following story http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-politics/wp/2014/04/06/jeb-bush-many-illegal-immigrants-come-out-of-an-act-of-love/ Jeb Bush: Many illegal immigrants come out of an act of love <edit> The way I look at this is someone who comes to our country because they couldnt come legally, they come to our country because their families -- the dad who loved their children -- was worried that their children didnt have food on the table. And they wanted to make sure their family was intact, and they crossed the border because they had no other means to work to be able to provide for their family. Yes, they broke the law, but its not a felony. Its an act of love. Its an act of commitment to your family. <edit> What a change of course that would represent for the Republican wing of the RepubloCratic Party that has boxed themselves into a corner via -"who is tougher on illegal immigration". Answer: Obama the Deporter in Chief. No one is more Anti Bush than Moi. I view the Bushies as detached from the realities of America. Overtly privileged for mediocrity. This shock from Jeb might just get me to vote for a Jeb Bush ticket, providing he is anti NSA too. Immigration and the NSA are make or break issues for me. Christie's support of NSA abuse broke, me from him. I guess I am in shock I may vote for Jeb. Still I prefer Rand. Moi View attachment 26443 Secure ALL Borders !
It always freaked me out the way people would call the immigrants criminals because they came illegally, for heaven's sake my father was an illegal. There was a law at the time banning Eastern and Southern Europeans. If these immigrants from Mexico had to wait their turn, how would their families live? I mean the law isn't everything, there is such a thing as compassion and love. Actually what this shows is how spoiled Americans are. They simply can't understand what real poverty and suffering is. ..and I guess that's what our foreign policy reflects? As for the Bushes, I know they are emotional and compassionate. George W said once that we're a family of criers. The slightest thing makes us cry, maybe it's because his younger sister died from Leukemia and the pain is always with them. His mother Barbara said that he would stop playing with his friends so he could come home and comfort her. As for Jeb Bush, his wife is Puerto Rican so he can relate more towards the Hispanics. He does seem to have a stronger personality than his brother, and I recall his father saying that he felt he was the one that would become president. As for me I love Rand Paul, but would he be able to handle everything that will be thrown at him?
