Ah yes, it's all the president's fault that a couple of people lose the plot because he won't unite the nation even though it's the personal responsibility of each individual to do that work. I've noticed, though, that many US citizens are averse to almost any form of personal responsibility if it means having to do anything more than claim they practice personal responsibility.
