Democrats are trying hard to spin Cantor's loss in the election Tue. They are trying to convince people that the republican party is split.

IMO in fact the democrats that want what they call "immigration reform" are the ones that should be afraid. Cantor was trying to get some kind of immigration reform passed. But----------------the fact is the average American DO NOT WANT any kind of amnesty AT ALL. Therefore if a republican just talks about it, democrats pushing it will be left out in the cold in Nov.

Republican voters served notice to Republican elected officials just what they expect of their elected officials.

It ain't caving in on the borders or any other of Hussein Obama's corruptions of America.

Immigration is the classic example of progressive insanity! Millions of people ignore our immigration laws. They break our laws! Indeed, many of those people came to the US to have a better life, and indeed most conduct themselves responsibly once they're here. The fact remains, however, they BROKE our laws!

Any politician, Dem or Republican, who opposes securing our borders and supports welfare and amnesty for those people is despicable! I'd ask those politicians, what are the rules??? What other laws are ok to break with impunity, indeed with reward?? We'd like to know if it's ok to go 110 miles per-hour in a 55mph zone and receive a good-driver award for doing so??

Progressives ignore the laws they don't like, and forgive those who break those laws. This administration picks and chooses which laws are enforced and which are not. This administration selects "some" groups they'll allow to break laws with impunity while actively prosecuting others who break the same laws. This is criminal behavior by any standards, but those of us who point it out are politicizing things and being bigoted. These leftists must be attacked and destroyed with the same severity that they show those of us who obey ALL our laws!

Actually, the Tea Party is afraid of "The Gang of Eight". The Tea Party have aggressively attacked these Republicans and Democrats who are trying to get minor immigration reforms passed.

Why are Democrats worried about "immigration reform?"

Hussein Obama simply won't enforce existing law and presents the nation with de facto "immigration reform."

    It's a concern, yes.

Still, it is the 'extremism' of those on the Right, that will be the most persistent factor in their auto-undermining.

You cannot sell extremism to the bulk of Americans who grant you the real POWER; they know INTUITIVELY that it is (self) 'destructive'.

History tells us that story... over and over and over...etc.

As a Democrat, I don't 'fear' Republicans controlling the Congress- it will be bad, but we really won't be able to tell the difference much.

Oh and the RNC is very fractured- but I don't fear that. either.

Be afraid democrats Reagan beat Carter and compared to the albatross the democrats have today (Obama) Carter looks competent. Obama is chained to all democrats, and we are going for a boat ride.
