Confused About My Gender

Are there any transgender posters here? I've been really confused about my gender for some time and I think I might've been assigned the wrong gender at birth. How do find out what gender I am?

 

Look into a full length mirror. If you have a penis then you're a man. If you
don't then your a woman.

You can always look at your birth certificate.

 

No but I think I'm trapped in the wrong body. It's like I was meant to have a girl's body but somehow I ended up as a boy. It's really freaky. But it's real. Science has proved it.

Oh yeah. Some transgendered man>woman blog really has scientific evidence. Did you hear that? A BLOG by someone who wants to play with it all day long.

 

If you have a penis you are indeed a man. However, that doesn't mean you need to conform to society's gender roles. Do what you want. If you'd feel happier as a woman, then act like a woman. Wear feminine clothes, get your voice altered if that's possible, get surgery, etc.

I'd suggest talking to a therapist. I have before due to social anxiety and it was a good experience. There doesn't have to be something wrong with you for you to seek guidance. Oh, and talk to your family if you can.

 

You can be hateful all you want but this is real. I always knew I wasn't a boy. Every time I take my underwear off I go "ohh what are these?" And it's like my wee wee and my pea wees aren't supposed to be there! And then I start feeling kind of tutti frutti and I have to wear make up and nylon stockings and have gender fantasies. You just don't understand science.
