You realize it is an indictment and not a guilty verdict don't you? Probably not.

DELAY??? Seriously? DELAY WAS CORRUPT, CRAVEN, IMMORAL, not to mention SLIMY! This is too funny. Apparently YOU KNOW NOTHING of Delay's case. CLINTON had more plausible deniability with the stain on the blue dress.

I'd post details but those who most need to read it most, WOULDN'T BOTHER!!

Do you have evidence they took bribes or were coercing others?

    - - - Updated - - -

Who claimed Perry was guilty, seeing that the left always claims guilt?

Why is it that Democrats are SO political, they cannot seem to do what is right? Travis County is the only little Democrat enclave in Texas where they believe they can do anything they wish.....including protecting a District Attorney who was almost 3 times the legal limit HOURS after being arrested when she was given a breathalizer test. This was the same Travis County D.A. who oversees the Ethics Division.....I know, laughable isn't it? This was the same Travis County D.A. who verbally abused and threatened the police officers and jail personnel with their jobs while she was in custody. This is the same Travis County D.A. who had an empty vodka bottle in the front seat with her.....and that witnesses said she was driving towards oncoming traffic when they called her in. And yet.....they protect her and go after Gov. Perry when he vetoes funding for her department when she refused to resign....as she should have.

Travis County's D.A.'s office is corrupt; let's face it. They call their "friends" to be on Grand Jurys to get what they want. They did it for this D.A.......where a Grand Jury only took 30 minutes to decide NOT to indict her for abuse of power and threats made against police and jail personnel during her arrest. However, for Tom Delay they called at least 3 Grand Jury's before they got the answer they sought: Indict him. Rick Perry...the same thing; their friends will do whatever Travis County Democrats want them to do. It's THE most corrupt county here in Texas.

Have ya seen any of the videos of D.A. Rosemary Lehmberg that night? There are several clips here in these links for your enjoyment.

Yes, I'd personally like to thank TEXAS. If it wasn't for you guys, my state, FLORIDA would be the most corrupt, crazy, bizarre, tequila soaked, sex soaked, sun soaked 'punchline' of state politics. I doff my hat to you (though it isn't the 10 gallon variety). And, that's why JEB is a political non-starter--even if the rest of the country doesn't know it--yet.

I hate Perry, but I see nothing criminal in what he did. Though it is certainly a sleazy way to do away with a political rival.

The woman was in charge of overseeing corruption investigations. I hardly see a connection with corruption and drunk driving. Though she was definitely politically damaged goods and probably should have been removed from office.

She tested at almost 3 times the legal limit hours after being arrested. She was drunker than a skunk.....reported by citizens on the highway where she was seen driving against the traffic!! She verbally abused and THREATENED police officer with their jobs........telling them she was the "(*)(*)(*)(*)ing D.A. and would have their jobs." And she abused jail personnel so much so that they had to use a spit hood on her. Had she been a Republican, I would have NO problem saying she needs to step down. Why is it that some Democrats refuse to step away from politics and do the right thing? I can't understand that. And for them to then.....go after Gov. Perry for doing the right thing is unbelievable. In no way does she need to be a D.A. or over any Ethics Division.

On the flip side, why not allow the judicial process to work itself out?

Perry has been indicted. If he is free from wrongdoing, he should be exonerated.

100% agree. She is a partisan hack who unfairly targets political opponents. She recklessly endangered others with her DUI stunt and now is getting revenge. For those who aren't aware, this was done in Travis County where the voting base is overwhelmingly liberal as are the judges.

After the Tom Delay and Sen Stevens political indictments, I do not trust the dems when they get judicial power.

Here's the truth about the indictment.......
It's just another example of Democrats/liberals trying to criminalize disagreement. These indictments will surly be dismissed.

I would not put the blame on Obama, but he has certainly encouraged and promoted the ideals which seek to criminalize political disagreement. The modern left can not tolerate political disagreement. It must be criminalized, punished and ultimately silenced.

No, not Obama, the Federal government like when they stepped in to shut down a state's attempt at protecting its borders. I can't remember which one it was that happened in though at the moment.

    It didn't work against Delay.

    It didn't work against Palin.

    It didn't work against Walker.

And it won't work against Perry.

But the loony left-wing corrupt cabal and their bogus indictments will never end.

The left are a bunch of sick SOBs.

perry was wrong if he did this, but she was also wrong not to resign if she was truly guilty of drunk driving while representing the states public corruption unit

    - - - Updated - - -

lets ask perry if he has had any affairs.... see if he lies under oath
