I agree "businesses" like this need to be sued until they are forced to close up for good.

 

I would be willing to bet that left wing anti-Christian bigots would still provide services to the Christians. Therein lies the difference.

You bet. Sue because you're being charged an exorbitant fee based solely on your sexual orientation. And sue for a helluva lot more than a piddling $13,000. The ACLU will take the case gratis while the "business" is up to its eyeballs in lawyer fees. No luck needed in proving it at all. A subpoena of business records will speak for itself.

Yep, it's OK to sue a business because of discrimination. In fact, it's encouraged.

The business owners made the right decision. They stopped offering a service because the laws regarding offering such services violated their religious beliefs. Good for them. That's how it should be. I have no problem with that. End of story.

But that's not what happened here. They offered a service to the public and then failed to deliver on that offer. They did the right thing and stopped offering that service because it violated their beliefs. I appreciate that. They actually did the right thing. Their business will be fine. I have no doubt.

 

I am not charging you a based on your sexual orientation. And even if I were you can’t prove it. I am charging you price based off what you want in your wedding, my overhead costs, libbilty etc. It is my private business and I can charge you what I want.

There are two types of bankruptcy: Chapter 7 is when you are restricting. You have some way to make profits. 11 is when you say you’re done. You’re folding up. Rurl Metro, I company I used to work for filed for Ch 7 in New York this year. As a result their debts have been whipped well they go through this re-strucing.
