I've already pointed out that in effect blaming Obama for the Great Recession which caused the increase in debt when he took office is beyond lame.



Do you *really* care about the debt? Good for you. Write your Republican Tea Party reps and tell them to increase taxes on the wealthiest to get the deficit back to a surplus.

 

So now that you've insulted everyone in the thread, tell us your better alternative.

 

Makes perfect sense. After insinuating that my list is bogus, you've failed to show even one item is wrong or false. The only thing you pointed to was Bin Laden, and I proved that indeed we got Bin Laden under Obama.

 

Well, you can believe what you want, but I first served under President Carter and President Obama's signature is on my Certificate of Retirement.

I'm not your average troop.

But really, President Obama is a good President. I served under him for 6 years and saw that he did what he could to make things better.

The fact that he's over-criticized because he's Black... is something that ALL Americans will eventually have to work out in their own consciences and souls. By all other measures as a President, I think he's STELLAR.

 

Umm... I didn't dispute OBL was captured while Obamurr was in office. Quite the contrary, I said that was the only thing he should be credited for with respect to OBL's capture, was the fact he happened to be in office when the capture took place. The actual capture and all events leading up to it, Obamurr had little to zero contribution.

 

And Mitt Romney didn't run every Staples, either. But just as President Obama has, he exercised the authority of his office. And surely, Mr. Obama has used his authority of Office as President to cause/allow certain actions to be taken.

If it happened on his watch as President, he gets blame/praise in accordance with the same. He's even BLACK on his watch, and people make up stuff... just because they cannot handle it emotionally.
(Sometimes, it's downright humorous to see people try and dance-around the irrational animus they harbor within themselves.)

Hold these politicians to the highest of standards.
Do not parrot the Party talking points, but rather speak your mind.

As I've stated several times in this thread already, I never claimed that Obama is solely responsible for everything that has happened on the list. However, they did happen while he was in office, and IMO, if Obama had been a white Republican, conservatives would be hailing him as savior.

I suspect you have NOT done any validation of these claims yourself and merely copy/pasted from a some Obamurr worship website.

Actually Tea Party members don't like Bush -- or at least not so far as his fiscal policies went -- that's why they became TPers in the first place despite what most of our Left of Center posters believe as an article of faith. Now as to Bush as -- oh I dunno -- a born again Christian or a War President, so far as I know they burn incense in his name and create chant mantras to pay homage to the fellow. But where economics are concerned they believed him to be a piece of excrement.

As for as Obama and Leftwingers are concerned, most of them seem to think that he's not radically Leftist enough . . . which tells one a great deal about their thought processes and the nature of their ideology . . .

Baby Christ... we are in need of true socialized health care... and he gives us socialized insurance. It must be an awesome time to be in the insurance industry. It STILL does NOT provide basic heath CARE for the citizens of the US. Good gawd, single payer would have been better.

LOL, you're completely wrong. The UR was 7.8% and skyrocketing upwards when Obama took office. It hit 10% within months of Obama taking office and is down to 6.1% now. Just as I stated.

Obama is spending like a drunken sailor at a tune that is over one TRILLION a year his first 3 years in office. Never in history has the deficit spending gone over a half trill. Obama's first year is almost 4 times the deficit spending over Bush's highest mark. And he gets a pat on the back for cutting back his drunken sailor spending???
