Mine is Don Johnson. I honestly don't see how he manages to get a role.

When was the last time he got a role? I haven't seen him since Miami Vice.

Just about all of them really. They mostly seem devoted to exploring new ways to be (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)s as a "career" I look forward anxiously to the day when they will finally perfect CGI to the point where they simply won't be needed any more, which I think will be within the decade.

Not a fan of Angelina Jolie. I honestly don't know what all the hype about her is.

He's got a role in the Netflix series From Dusk til Dawn. He plays a Texas Ranger.

He was also in Nash Bridges, whatever that was.

Most actors must really be good at managing their money, or make an awful lot when they are successful. TV personalities especially are amazingly popular when on popular shows and then never heard of again once the show ends. I think that's because we all think they ARE the character they play, and the character is what we really like.

Nash Bridges was years ago though. Dusk til Dawn was either this year or last.

I know what you mean. I have a hard time imagining the whole cast of Leverage(I highly recommend you watch it)as anyone else. They did such a superb job during that series. Same thing with White Collar. These people don't just play a role, they own it and that's what makes it so difficult to imagine them as anyone different.

Amen to that. Although I will give him props in The Last Samurai and Knight and Day. Everything else just isn't that great.

A more comprehensive and condensed question might be what actors, actresses, movie and TV personalities do you like?

He's pretty bad. I tried to watch a Tom Cruise movie last night. "Get Reach",
or something like that. As usual he was very bad and I found something else
    to watch.

I'm glad he had a limited role in "Rainman". He could have ruined it.

Yeah, Tom Cruise is pretty bad. Another one that tends to ruin whatever movie he is in is Nicholas Cage.

Ben Affleck. I was surprised that early on in their careers Ben Affleck was getting more high profile roles than Matt Damon since Damon is a way better actor.

Most of them, I think, though I'm far more turned off by the crap movies being churned out by Hollywood as a whole than by the actors and actresses appearing in them.

Aha, another watcher of Grindhouse Friday on ElRey, I didn't even know they'd made that into a movie until Friday. However, what you liked was Harlan Ellison's story, not DJ's acting, most likely.

There is a tall skinny black man named Barry Soetoro playing the first black president. And he really sucks.

Johnny Depp. I liked Pirates of the Caribbean. And a couple of his earlier films were good.

Beyond that all he does is play the same kind of characters in the same kind of roles...
