USA and EU aren't their peoples, the war against Russia is operated mainly by secret Muslim Hussein Obama and DDR Lady Merkel.

The "West" did not want Putin to annex neighboring countries and it was Putin who would not allow the Ukraine to establish closer trade relations with Europe.

These statements were never proven. Russia is able to annex the territories. But Russia didn't do it. The exclusions are the republics that have russian warranty for survival. I mean republics near Georgia which were nearly invaded by Saakasvili if not Russia and Crimea, which rejoined Russia after a referendum. Crimea has always been russian. They voted differently from the rest of Ukraine they never thought of themseves as about ukrainians. Even the Black Sea fleet. Have you ever thought why the Black Sea Fleet in the years of USSR collapse didn't join Ukraine? Because crimeans surved there! They even made their own referendum those days, but Russia didn't accept it being weak and managed by US puppets.

West doesn't want anything from Russia but enslaving. There is no other type of relationship the West politician understands. Either being a slave or being a slavemaster. Once EU decided to use Ukraine in its own economy they started the negotiations without even asking the position of Russia. Although economy of Ukraine was 60% connected with Russia. They had our manufactury in military production. They had special mode for customs under CIS. If West really wanted to establish closer trade relationship with Ukraine - they would discuss it with Russia as well in the aspects which are critical for Russia. For we don't want NATO bases so close to our borders. They grew much closer since we destroyed USSR ourselves and the need for the existence of such a military alliance. We don't want Ukraine to be a backdoor for ruining our fragile production and agriculture, which we try to protect under conditions of WTO which we were discussing and bargaining for years before joining it.

But nothing was done from the side of West. They even haven't really started the trade agreement with Ukraine! And it seems that Ukraine was planned to be turned into chaos in order to start civil war in Russia. And there were no serious plans for its good future.

Putin blames everything on the west. When was the last time Putin said "whoops, sorry guys, my fault"? lol
He thinks the world is stupid. In the words of the Australian leader "We're not stupid, Putin".
    lol

IMO most of the bad relations between the US and Russia have been caused by Obama sticking his nose into things and running his oversized yap.

The title should be slightly corrected. Putin knew/knows West's objective was/is to undermine Russia. As a matter of fact, anyone informed knows it. The devil never sleeps.

Is St. Petersburg the Venue for a Western Sponsored Colour Revolution in Russia?

This clearly indicates how poorly Americans are informed about Russia, history, geography and their own government. Many of us hardly know difference between the two parties in USA or where Ukraine is on the map. This is a good milieu for propaganda.

Too bad, that majority of Fox audience's mental development is closer to plants, than sentient beings. At least Obama is good at making enemies - to (*)(*)(*)(*) off Russia, China and half of Europe simultaneously? That's something.

Obama should have condemned Putin and let it go. Oh hell no Putin is the President of Russia and Obama called him nothing but a regional politician. What the hell is Obama. Obama is the damn fool that was the reason there were sanction after sanction put against Russia and continues pushing Putin into a corner RIGHT into Chinas corner. is no wonder this country is involved in war after war after war, we cannot keep our G'Damn nose out of things that really is not our concern. We constantly involve ourselves in every cat fight and pissing contest on the Planet. It is causing us problems, money and blood. Enough is enough. Putin is a tyrant but he is a tyrant for his country.

Well the man is getting more delusional every passing day. There is one reason and one reason only for the sanctions and it is his illegal offensive conquest and annexation of the Crimea.

A nuclear power invading and annexing it's neighbors territory is a global problem.

You are correct. Obama is inept if foreign affairs and his foreign policy is a series of blunders and general neglect. He is busy with Obama care, but even this part is full of compromises and errors.

So do you want to wage war with a nuclear power and the Middle East? Our treasury is empty. Our Military is warred out. Obama has saddled us with social programs we can hardly pay for. We need to step back and catch our breath. We need to stay out of every pissing contest on the Planet. We need to build a very strong defense system to protect our country. We need to patch things up with Canada. There is a lot of work to do here.

What do you offer? To return the Crimea to Ukraine - the western Ukraine to Poland and what remains as a result in Ukraine return to Russia? Or other?
