    You tell me. Is what he said true or not? If it is not, I would expect a rebuttal of his claims, with links proving what he said was false. If that doesn't happen, I will take it that you agree, and you have nothing to contribute against that argument.

    His average is only better than Carter since Carter.........

    He is still behind Bush........

    He has never gotten close to Bush popularity numbers in 2001-2002

    it is still at around 40% according to a couple of polls, today's RCP average is 45%. Just a quick look and tossing the outliers shows 45-46 about right. But since you bring up the November polling if you recall back in November the polls only gave the GOP around a 50% chance of getting a congressional majority and look what happened. Seems polls are slanted to the left a good bit judging from that

    At present, Obama has an approval level that is 16 points higher than Bush had at this stage of his presidency.

    If you can't accept that, then you can't accept that.

    By his last month in office, Gallup show Bush having plummeted even further, to 32% approval, 61% disapproval.

    Whether Obama goes up, down, or stays about the same during his last two years remains to be seen.

    I seriously doubt that he will fall to Bush's level or rise to Clinton's, but anything is possible.

    That's the spin-free reality, regardless of it getting partisans upset one way or another.

    He's NOT "pro-amnesty", he's for a "path to citizenship". You realize not all paths are the same right? Some paths are very long and winding, have steep identity requirement and cost a substantial amount of money.

    They dismantled nothing. The polls show that President Obama has a relatively high approval rating. It's higher than Reagan's and Bush's II's at this point in their 2nd terms.

    How do you explain that the same Quinnipiac survey has Obama as the 4th best President since WWII?

    I'll wait as you stammer out some nonsensical response.
