according to international law, conquered land cannot be annexed until an agreement is signed between the two warring parties. according to international law, private property remains private property, even if a new country conquers the land in a war.
You don't have to follow international law. though if you do you get rewarded if you don't you get a lot of international media criticism. is it really that big of a deal. when they conquered that land it was in the 20th century we are in the 21st lets forget and forgive because that's what Jesus would do.
a govt. that does not follow the international laws that their nation has ratified, is a criminal government that needs to be brought down internally, or through outside intervention.
