    What is the judge basing his assumption on that the parents are "accepting that kind of mentality and fostering those type of stereotypes"?

    Not the judges job to lecture the victim. They are not on trial, they are not being sentenced.

    What difference does it make if the parents are card carrying KKK members? They're not on trial and being a racist is not illegal. This guy should be removed from the bench.

    I'm not a fan of Neo-Cons that for sure i despise them as much as i hate Progressives. I also cant stand the fake Tea party ( Aka Bat (*)(*)(*)(*) Bachuman and Santorum). Nevermind the fact that the country will be so much better off when McCain finally forgets to run again. There is no (*)(*)(*)(*)ing way in hell i would vote for a Bush or Rubio. I've been called everything in the book on this forum based on my political leanings one way or another.

    The little girl had a gun pointed in her face, now she's afraid of black men.

    Is that racist to be afraid of the same type of person you saw put a gun in your face? Why is it the parents fault?

    The first thing they should do is try and teach her that all not black men are bad. That's the important part.

    Two armed robbers off on minimal charges cause the judge racist against whites. Seems legit.
