Outside of words on a message board from strangers it would seem.

The only thing jacking up this debate is your refusal to back up your claims.

I disagree. The only thing jacking up this debate is the slow response of Mod's in deleting inflammatory and insulting comments. Like I said, until that is taken care of I won't be commenting further on the Assault.

That is open to conjecture but if it had been a white woman attacking a black teacher it would be headline news for days.

Well, it happened and unfortunately, your daughter felt she wasn't believed, which is sad for her, but she has parents who can help her thru this and to understand that life isn't always fair, which so many kids don't have.....one of life's learning experiences. It's good that she's going to private school next year. Looking at the quality of so many schools & teachers now, to bad all students can't go private......

It sure ain't what it used to be when my kids were in school! I had only one experience w/the principal involving my son. He was around 8-9 and got 3 day in-school suspension for slugging a kid. It turned out that they were in line, the boy behind 'Joey' kept poking him in the back and he kept telling him to stop - the kid wouldn't. Joey did what came naturally for him - he slugged him. A teacher saw the slug and Joey was sent to the principal's office and got in-school suspension.

My kid told me what happened, but also so did his friends who witnessed it. i was pist and hot-footed it to the principal's office and told him if he felt my kid should get suspension for slugging the kid, that's fine w/me......but he should also suspend the kid who started it! Make both of them face the consequences for bad behavior.

He agreed and the other boy got nailed also. Now why should it have to take a parent to point out the obvious? But sometimes you have to.

Parents know their kids and what's in and out of character for them, even at that age. I had always told my kids 'I better not ever find out you started a fight, but you have very right to finish one'....and in "Joey's" 8-9 yr old mind, he was finishing one.......

Parenting...... can give ya major migraines at times, but, at the end of it all, relief that your kids are kind, respectful, responsible adults and even a son who knows how to talk to his own 8 yr old son's principal w/diplomacy and subtlety to take care of a bullying problem and she does......

Ok.... I've babbled on long enuf - garage sales are calling me......

Very cool....unfortunately I am not alone in this life and must act to protect those I love. This would mean keeping them safe from harm where I can and avoiding possibly damaging situations..granted one cannot prevent all harm, but I would be remiss if I did not note danger and avoid it.

If you're trying to suggest that blacks are inherently deviant, I'd say your observation that African blacks are disgusted by this behavior contradicts your original thesis. Perhaps you've talked yourself into rethinking that whole argument about it being PC BS that this could result from poverty, slavery, etc?

YES!!! Because RACE DOESN'T MATTER!!! CULTURE DOES!

AMERICAN culture has evolved. SOME subcultures have detached from the mainstream. SOME subcultures we should aspire to... SOME subcultures should aspire to better. HELP! STOP BLAMING OTHERS!

I hate people that abuse caps. I am literally yelling at you. Figuratively.

I do not think black culture is inferior to white culture, both are reactive to society. Since whites have more privileges their culture would be something to 'aspire' too, but it still does not mean the victims should be blamed for a culture they manufactured to defend against oppression.

Privileges? Methinks you are confusing responsibilities, duties, and sense of ethics with privileges.

They do not have the opportunity to take responsibility when their schools are bad, poor access to employment for living wages, no money to move to better locations, etc...

"Since whites have more privileges...." oh BS!

As an example of ....are you forgetting who the president is? You can't 'aspire' any higher than that.....

After fifty years of being handed everything if their schools are garbage, perhaps they should cease trashing them, and so forth and so on. EVERYTHING has repeatedly been handed to them and all they do as a culture is urinate on it. Guess what? The average citizen is finally running out of sympathy.

Am I suppose to be scared that you are yelling at me. If race didn't matter there wouldn't be any racism, but we know that isn't true.

    - - - Updated - - -

Really, can you give me a list of the things that have been handed to me because I must have been away from home the day they brought them by.

Because people like you think every bad thing that happens to a black person is racism, regardless of whether they are responsible for it or not.

Yeah, I'd be interested in knowing these list of things that have been supposedly exclusively only given to black people as well. I'm sure that particular poster will disappear like a fart in the wind though now that he's been called out on his BS.
