I am against the legalization of marijuana for recreational purposes, but I am for the legalization of medical marijuana.

 

Where's the "other" choice. I am on the fence, I really don't care either way. I think some things will be solved by it, others will be caused by it.

Maybe yes, but only after special researches! Of course you will post your links here now, but for example in Colorado's pot, scientists found more harmless elemnets than good, what do you say? Remember that marijuana could be carcinogenic too and there is no reason to use it!

 

Yes, and I wouldn't use it either. I just think with tobacco and alcohol being legal there is no reason that marijuana shouldn't be as well.

That is the same with chewing tobacco and smoking it as well. Diet Soda is also bad for you. Is the only qualifier for something being illegal is if it is bad for you? If so, there are quite a few products out there that have NO nutritional value to them and can cause harm. Should everything bad for you be illegal?

 

agree, I do not drink, or use marijuana and as of a few years ago I do not smoke cigarettes either, but am for all being legal

 

Yes, if one person dies from any drug, even drugs like aspirin, then Big Daddy needs to make it illegal. Of course, we would not have an antibiotics, and every other drug that has killed a person.

We need a drug free society, no drugs, no medicines. If you get sick and die, well, it was just your time to go.

I voted yes on the poll. Legalize it for recreational use. For you do not own by body, and you have no god given right to own me, to dictate what I can eat or smoke, or drink. I don't like the State having ownership of my body. It's the only thing that belongs to me. It's a matter of principle, and the most important principle. Take it away, and the other rights are easily taken.

Only for medicinal purposes, and even then only if the psychoactive properties were removed from it first.

As for recreational use, no way. Only potheads are willing to go that far in supporting it.

Just 'cause you can't OD on weed doesn't mean it can't still harm you. It's something that will just destroy you slowly, like cigarettes. You sure you don't smoke?

I wouldn't know, because I don't live there. I'm sure it's done some damage, but the pro-weed media certainly isn't going to report on it.

 

Marijuana should be legal, period. Anyone can grow it, it should be just like any other plant...like tomatoes. There would be no need for $$$ spent to enforce, people would not grow huge amounts because there would be no profit in it. You don't need acres of plants, just a few plants could suffice one until the next growing season.
