Conservatives often blame homosexuals for destroying traditional family in the US. The institution of family is degrading but barely it can be connected to homosexuality and LGBT activities. 397,122 children in America are living without permanent families. Their parents are straight. 29% of all first marriages are disrupted. Most of them are straight, as well. Fertility, which is definitely about straight people, is declining. It is not homosexuality that destroys American families,we destroy our families by ourselves.

Lyndon Johnson did more to destroy American families than gays ever will. He almost singlehandedly uprooted the black family structure in this country, with his God-forsaken "Great Society". If you put everyone on welfare and reward them for having children out of wedlock, you can expect that the family structure will disintegrate quickly, and that is exactly what has happened. Blacks had a hard time for a while but all through it they were going to church and trying to work and trying to live positive lives. And now look at 'em, you got roving gangs of thugs beating people up for no reason other than that they're bored. Stupid fools walking around with their underwear exposed calling everyone n*****s and ho's (even their friends - especially their friends!), and most of 'em come from broken families or no families at all. Yesterday we had churchgoing types sitting down on bridges, and today we have chronic welfare cases looting and rioting and generally making a nuisance of themselves whenever they get in public.... Dude - gays are going to do what they're going to do anyway, wouldn't it be far better if they did it in the context of a family and a committed monogamous relationship? Think about it - what's the alternative?
Were the gay couples showing their relationships to the society before 70s or maybe 60s? I don't care about same -sex couples I see, really. But I care what the next generation will think about same sex relations and traditional relations.
