But I think this proves that the GOP is the REAL party of inclusion and tolerance and that The Donald will soon join Dr.King, JFK and Abe Lincoln on the mantels of every black household in America.

Watching the Fox conservatives here gush over Donald Trump is fun indeed.

They're behaving exactly the same way they did in 2012. They're all fawning over the latest loudmouth on the clown car as they each pass by the national stage.

When Trump either fails to file, or his filing financial statements (and his history in court) become issues, he'll be gone.

I am still 95% convinced that he won't file.

He won't last till the New Hampshire primary.

He's on a self promotion tour, aided by a fawning and servile conservative and corporate media that knows that his clown act draws an audience.

Two months ago, most of the folks crowing about Trump were crowing about Ben Carson, who seems to have slipped by the wayside now.


Publicity and celebrity is all Trump really cares about, especially if its free.

He certainly doesn't care about the GOP. Rience Priebus spent nearly an hour on the phone with him trying to get him to tone down the pandering to bigots.

Trump responded by siezing stage thereafter, clearly and blatantly lying about the content of his conversation with Priebus and giving the Republican party the finger.

A year from now, I fully expect that at least half the people on this thread fawning over Donald Trump, will be charging (without evidence) that Trump was a Democratic plant, and vigorously denying that they ever supported him.

Trump has no integrity at all, and never did.

More than that, I'm hearing diehard Democrats who are saying the same thing! There is no question that a large percentage of Democrats are both disappointed and disgusted by the way Obama has run the country, and see the exact same potential in Hillary. The Donald is a breath of fresh air to ALL who have had it with politically correct politicians!

This way of describing Trump, which we're hearing from much of the right, is particularly disturbing. What you're actually confessing there is that not only are you a white nationalist, but you actually think most people are. That is not just alarming in terms of what it says about your views, but also that it shows how shockingly far removed from mainstream society a large swath of the right has become. Support for white nationalism is not something any normal Americans are feeling, but afraid to express. It is a view that most Americans thought was stamped out 60 years ago. It strikes normal Americans not just as being immoral, but as being a bizarrely anachronistic concept to even be still having to talk about.

To most Americans, saying that you assume most Americans are white nationalists is like suggesting that most Americans believe that the country is infested with witches who need to be burned at the stake, but they're just afraid to admit it... It means we aren't just talking about individual fringe nuts, but we're talking about whole communities that have apparently lost their marbles.

Donald Trump, hands down so far. His stand on illegal immigration and the horrid trade deals our illustrious leaders have been making put him at the top of my list.

The question is: if elected, will he put his money where his mouth is?

Legal immigration vs. illegal immigration. Why should some have to wait six years while others can wade across the Rio Grande, squeeze out an anchor baby and be set for cradle-to-grave social service benefits. Why should Americans be expected to support illegal immigrants? I would bet that you are either: 1. A recent college graduate. 2. Unemployed and not paying taxes and don't care that working-class Americans are becoming slaves to these illegals. 3. Wealthy enough to not care that your hard earned money is supporting lazy Mexicans who will never work. Oh yeah Mamacita.(sp)

 

What about 4) smart enough and informed enough to know that undocumented immigrants work extremely hard for very little money and hence are a massive benefit to the economy.

 

If I was threatened with death if I didn't vote Democratic--which isn't too hard to imagine, I would vote for Bernie Sanders.
