Why Is Trump Leading

IMO this news story is one reason Trump is leading the other candidates. He is the only candidate that is talking about illegal Mexicans criminals coming into our country.

Ohio Judge Michael A. Cicconetti unloaded on an illegal alien from Mexico, furious that suspect Juan Emmanual Razo had no identification on him when he appeared before court on Monday.

Razo allegedly murdered Margaret “Peggy” Kostelnik in her home, tried to rape his 14-year-old niece in a local park, and shot another woman walking with two children in the arm.

“Does he have a passport?” he asked.

The taxpayer-funded translator relayed the question and Razo shook his head.

“Does he have a green card?”

Razo again shook his head.

“Well, then how the hell do I know it’s even him?” Cicconetti asked impatiently.


He’s here illegally and we can’t confirm his identity. This is a bail hearing and I need to know some facts about this case. I have somebody who we don’t know who he is, why he’s in this country, why he’s here illegally and why he allegedly committed a murder. And you can’t answer any questions to identify yourself?

Cicconetti set the bail at $10 million.

Local police determined that Razo was in the country illegally during a July 7 traffic stop — but Border Patrol ordered them to release him. Had he been detained, Kostelnik would still be alive. A failure to enforce basic immigration law turned out to not only cost an American her life, but huge sums of taxpayer money as more than 50 local police officers, Ohio State Highway Patrol aircraft, and K-9 units were deployed, according to The News-Herald.

SWAT teams, the FBI, and U.S. Marshal’s Office kicked into high gear as well to assist the search, which ended in a shootout and Razo’s eventual surrender.

I have a better explanation. Most polls have a lot of candidates listed.

Trump is leading, but it's by plurality. If you narrowed the polls down to 2 or 3 candidates, he wouldn't take the largest percentage.
