IMO the political winds have began to slowly change. The media and the White House are leaking rumors for a Joe Biden run for the presidency. Some democrat party leaders are conferring with Biden. We are getting more news on Biden than we are on Hillary yet Biden hasn't announced. For years not much on Biden but now he is hot news. Why are they doing this? Could it be a trial balloon? Are they telling Hillary in a clever and indirect way -- get out of the race because you can't win but Biden can.

Honestly, if I want to see any opposing views to idiots like Jeb Bush I would rather see the Libertarians like Gary Johnson go up against him to stop Bushness as usual from going on. I don't feel like Biden, Hillary or even Bernie Sanders have well thought opposing views to Bush like Gary Johnson does. But that is just my two cents.

I like Biden as a person, and feel for him and the tragedies he has faced. I just feel bad if he ever debates Trump, Biden might cry.

Probably more "Hillary might be going down and we don't want Sanders as the nominee"

and Biden, who has been lock-step with the incompetent POTUS, is being touted as a "straight talker" and "breath of fresh air". All this about a guy who has been in national politics for over 40 years and part of the worst administration in history.

Biden is part of the problem, not the solution

Biden is the democrat version of "Dan Quayle". He may run, but he'll gaff his way to sinking his own ship.

I don't think there is any doubt they are hedging their bets. If it does come to pass, it will be hilarious to watch the Democrat machine ( mainstream media included) pretend like a Biden nomination is anything other than sheer desperation, born out of a catastrophic decision to put all their eggs in a very flawed basket that is the Hillary candidacy.

The media presently is not giving Bush a pass. They are picking apart his every word.

Biden don't cry, he flashes his Colgate smile and lets out a big laugh. He's missing the top rung on a ladder.

That's a thought. The media is not behind Sanders. Only the socialist-communist-losers are supporting him.

Actually... that is a description of the problem with "American" politics in general.

    (Term limits anyone?)

The media and democrats don't care about Biden's record, or lack of record, they just think he can win and Hillary can't. Usually the VP has a great name recognition with the voters.

Well I don't see the Democrats as being a viable alternative to the GOP at this point even if one of those candidates win. If a crappy GOP candidate gets the nomination like Rubio or Bush, I will not vote Democrat. Whether its Biden, Clinton, Sanders or O' Malley, I believe that party is screwed up. I will explore the Libertarians and the Green Party (Jill Stein) if it comes down to that. Even if they don't have a chance, at least I am voting for what I believe in.

It is beyond hilarious there is no one connecting with voters on either side but the billionaire from reality TV. It is a testament to either how far we come or how screwed we are.
