Funny how people forget that that was EXACTLY W Bush's (the MBA president) argument for his lack of knowledge. As an MBA CEO president he claimed that he was particularily well positioned to delegate....

I'd imagine most of the Candidates wouldnt know who this person is. That is why they have a State Department and a National Security Advisor never mind meetings with the Pentagon, CIA, FBI etc etc etc etc.

Clearly, you are not talking about me being Trumps "apologist". Trump has made some mistakes which is why he's not my top pick. I'd take conservative Christian like Cruz over an incompetent liar like Hillary. They all have their good parts and bad, I just think it's a failed argument to say that Trump is not going to surround himself with the best. Duh...that's why he's successful! That may be his only good point. And it's very important. Being a good decision maker is probably the single most important quality in a president, and he's probably got that too. He has flip-flopped over the years, and he's very "Me-me" focused. Also, he needs manners. Good manners is not the same as being politically correct. Those are his bad qualities. Stick with a point you can actually point to with Trump and have some validity. (Just trying to help you out)

So you would rather have another neoliberal oligarchist? For unless you are voting for sanders, that is all the gop and dem lineup feature.

Unless someone is involved in the middle east policy, it is doubtful any politician much less a businessman knows all of the finer details. They learn it, on the job, as it is called for. Winning a game show on foreign affairs is not what a president has to do. He has to be able to hear the facts, and then using his brain, make good decisions.

Hewitt knows this, and is just another corporate owned democratic hack, who is a Clinton sycophant and would never support an ethical and principled man like sanders.

I would prefer my neighbors cat over Trumpy, clear enough for ya. If Trumpy managed to by some quirk of reality managed to get the GOP nomination you would see how many Americans would vote for anyone other than Trumpy, no matter who the Dem candidate was they would win in a landslide.

Yeah, and when that excuse didn't appear to be panning out, he named Colin Powell as his Secretary of State designee in order to give him "gravitas".

Of course, after that, he ignored Powell completely, except when he tried to trot him out to sell bogus claims about Iraq!

I didn't think you were a Trump apologist, but your response doesn't hold much water.

Trump is an opportunist. He's not a long haul player. And he is not know for being loyal to, or listening to his subordinates.

He's successful because he's very good a peddling dreams to people in order to get their money. That's his business. He's gone long before the first payment comes due.

And he's never had manners. As far as he's concerned, he doesn't need them.

All of my remarks dovetail with what we know about his business paractices and his career. None of them point to a stable, long term leader of any large organization.

Trump is a huckster, and always has been. I've followed his career since he redeveloped the old Commodore Hotel back in 1980 or so. Nothing about him is new to me at all.

I've also known a lot of real estate developers in my time. They are a fascinating personality type. Some are visionaries. Some are crooks. Some are both.

Trump is the guy who builds his dream with your money, and is gone before you send the first bill. I've know a dozen like him.

Trumps argument is we should elect him and them he'll learn what's required to do the job. He's not even pretending to be prepared. By contrast Fiorina did fine with the same questions.

Actually Trump lied about knowing who they are and then he stated they will disappear by the time he's elected even though some of these players have been around for years.

Trump is mixture of deceitful liar and idiot. :roflol:

But But But Trump is a crude liar and an idiot who insults opposing candidates and he seems to be feuding with everyone. He is a walking wreck of a man let alone someone who can preside over our country.
