The Democrat party is self destructing. Over of all things debates. I think it's endemic of having only a handful of nuts as candidates who simply can't win. Why would the Democrat party want to put THAT on stage for the country to see? My Dad always used tgo say...."It's better to remain silent and be thought of as a fool, than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt". That must be the Democrat party's strategy for 2016. I think the three candidates they have are complete fools, why would they want to put them on stage and remove all doubts?

Sorry Democrats try again in 2025, maybe by then you'll have an electable candidate.....2016 ain't your year and 2021 isn't looking any better.

The conservative candidate pool is weaker than your math skills, I think the left has an easy win coming.

Actually, even if my opinion, the Republicans have the strongest pool of candidates in a very long time, maybe even to a detriment, splitting the electorate. Maybe some aren't 100% Conservative, but then most would rate higher than the R's in Congress.

For years I've been hearing about those old Republicans, by Liberals, and look who they have to choose from, think the youngest is about 65, and they really are outdated ideolog's.

Hillary is just plain assed scared of debates. She is afraid that many of her scandals and corruption will come up.

After all these years of Obama fail, you really think the left has any chance at all?

The way one judges another says more about the one doing the judging than the one being judged. It comes as no shock to me that as a general rule Republicans do not support liberal ideology anymore than Democrats support conservative ideology. To me the foolish would remain silent out of fear of what others think rather than stand upon their own principles and speak their mind. A fool is a relative concept as one mans fool is another mans visionary. The line that separates a fool from a visionary is razor thin and by my measure our current and preceding presidents are/were both fools... and given the prospects in the current political field I do not see a change in this trend from either party.

I do not see the Democrats as self destructing but I do see the Republicans in crisis. But perhaps a moot point as when was the last time that a party had back to back presidents who became president by election and not by the assassination of their predecessor? A review of past presidential history will show that it is probable that the next president will be a Republican. Then after 4 to 8 years of a Republican president we the people will be fed up with them and then the pendulum will swing back to the Democrats... so on and so forth.

I have nerve damage in in my fingers on my left hand from getting an Armored Truck door slammed on it. My typing isn't always perfect even when I try my best to proof-read before I post. How weak are your posts when you need to point out typos?
