I think they should be able to sue for proof their loved one is guilty, I think they will lose, but they should still be able to sue and have the gov show them the evidence against their loved one, which in this case is pretty overwhelming, the family is just in denial

 

The Family and the attorneys are heartless animals that have not a single true feeling of regret or sympathy. This is the attack continuing on the American justice system after attacking the American people.

 

maybe, or maybe they just think their loved one is not guilty, regardless if it was my loved one and I did not think they were guilty, I would want more information and not just want to take the governments word for it, you may be more trusting of our government and not want to allow the public to question it

as for this case, I do not think they have a case, but I would not deny them the right to bring it

many times family doesn't want to believe it, even though it is true, but in maybe 1 in a million cases, it may not be true, so there is no harm in allowing a family a way to assure themselves their loved ones were not unjustly killed

Crime scene has been contaminated. If I were a defense lawyer with some knowledge of coconspirator family members and needed to destroy links or capture documents ect from the scene. What would I do? I heard him say the bonnie and clyde thing in the interview, but if he did mention sandy hook it wasn't in that footage provided on the article.

Nor does it mention anywhere they are preparing to sue. If I were them I would absolutely retain a lawyer though as they are all likely now under FBI investigation. You'd have to be stupid not to retain a lawyer honestly.

I do think the FBI needs to give out the photos the bullet-ridden corpses of Syed and "Tashfeen"----just as they did after Bonnie and Clyde killed.

 

Everyone has a right to legal council, even if your son/daughter was a murdering d-bag.

 

Perhaps we need some real reform:

1. End lawyer and judge selected juries - very limited voir dire
2. End lawyer/judge tampering with evidence - let it all in - no objections - then argue relevance etc.
3. Time limits for jury trials - stop wasting the time of jurors to run up attorneys fees.
4. 10 to acquit - 10 to convict

Result: speedy trials, full due process, equal justice

 

What will be their defense? That they didn't do it? LOL

 

My ideas on all jury trials:

Have potential juries fill out a short intelligence and reading comprehension test in English---the members selected are the top scorers. Ensure no jury member has a criminal background or is a friend/relative or the parties.

Have an odd number of jury members always with two alternates. say 9 or 11.

Always have majority vote by secret ballot.

Limit trials to two weeks maximum. Limit ALL appeals to 6 months---especially in death penalty cases.
