When the left has no defense they just assign emotions to the other side and declare that since you have such emotions your statements are no longer credible.

    Pretty sophomoric debate tactic.

They bring it all upon themselves why should it be ignored? And THEY waste the billions with their obstructions and obfuscations and delays and withhold of evidence and intimidation of witness and somehow getting people to fall on their sword for them by either committing perjury or refuses to talk.

So blame them for the millions, if they told the truth, cooperated fully and not tamper with witnesses most of the scandals could be wrapped up rather quickly.

    And Bob Woodward chimes in

"On this week’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” while discussing an email from Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state in which she instructed Jake Sullivan, her deputy chief of staff at the time to send her classified information by making sure there was “no identifying heading” and sending it through a non-secure channel, veteran journalist Bob Woodward said Clinton did “subvert the rules.”

Woodward said, “Here you have the secretary of state in 2011 saying let’s subvert the rules, which say you’ve got to send — presumably — it’s very clear from the earlier e-mails that this was a security issue, and I’ve written about non-papers or no papers, and this is the way people in the government take the heading off and create something that exists…By taking it off, it’s just a piece of paper that has a bunch of paragraphs. there’s no classification, there’s no subject, so it’s not in the system, so no one can discover it through Freedom of Information Act or some sort of subpoena. I mean, look, here is Hillary Clinton, somebody who worked on the staff of the Nixon impeachment committee, and what was the lesson? One of the lessons from that? Never write anything down. She did years of Whitewater investigations, where she was the target, and here many years later she’s saying oh, let’s subvert the rules and writing it out herself? Whether that’s some sort of crime, that is not the issue. The issue is she kind of feels immune. She lives in a bubble, and no one is ever going to find this out. Well, now we have.”"

If someone commits a crime, does that invalidate the point they make? Either we're Nation-States, sovereign protectors of people's rights or we're not. And in which case, we're an autonomous land that can be ruled by anybody, who will make the rules as they see fit(largely for themselves.). If we were a more Nationalist country, we wouldn't allow jobs overseas.

If you haven't noticed, Democrats throw dog-and-pony talk at it, but they've never done anything about it. Does that upset you or do you ignore it?

Interesting theory. Let’s look back at what I posted to see if your claim stands up to scrutiny.
Odd. I’m not seeing that “you just hate _____” part.

nobody survives thirty years of this kind of heat if there's so much truth to be had, it's just been wild eyed kons and their hatchet men set on vengeful obsession beyond even partisan gamesmanship. you guys keep repeating the same moves expecting a different result against the Clintons just like with 62 moves to repeal the ACA and yet claim to be crazy free?

    Diversion noted......

What does this have to do with the FBI investigation into Hillary's negligent e-mail practices? The last I heard, the FBI isn't infiltrated with an army of wild eyed "kons".

If there is any obsession, it's bringing accountability to a couple who insist on playing by their own rules -- everybody else be damned.

the last I heard there won't be anything coming out of the FBI investigations but I know that's what so many have all their last hopes pinned on. meanwhile, all this hate for the Clintons is a big part of why we're totally screwed as a country, for nothing

OH they are masters of it using all the tactics I mentioned but then Bill should never have survived re-election and staying in office his second term, the Democrats had to prostitute themselves and throw their principles down the toilet.

Why should these issues be ignore if Hillary is bringing them up?

Desperation is usually not associated with rational analysis, which I've attempted. I could suggest it's another attempt at diversion, but…..

What's interesting is that you've heard nothing will come of the FBI investigations. I've certainly heard talking heads with political agendas give that opinion of what they believe will happen. But I haven't read any news organization step forward with inside sources who have said she's in the clear. Please provide a link to what you're speaking. I'm interested in both sides of the story.

I'm no Clinton fan, find a real issue and nail her, but I'll laff when she waltz's past all this, and, if she lands in the White House and not behind bars then, what can you say...

any time Dems win it's because the kondidate was crappier than his opponent, your bunch could have taken every election had they just reeled in the arrogant boasts of how one was nastier than the other a tad and faked some caring somehow for more than just the rich or select groups.
and I'm pretty sure Hillary is not orchestrating the drip campaign against her

no calling cards from leakers yet, but I'm satisfied she's good to go.
and I want to know the whole truth!

Wait… wait. Your originally said "the last I heard there won't be anything coming out of the FBI investigations". Now it's "no calling cards from leakers yet". So does this mean that the only thing you've heard are voices in your head??

You're one of the few leftist here who have shown any potential for having a rational conversation, and you choose to throw this in??

I'm perplexed that with all the mounting evidence against Hillary, you could possible say "I'm satisfied she's good to go". You can hope, based on your leftist ideology, that Hillary will dodge the bullet. But you haven't provided any intellectual argument to support what you want to believe. Sorry -- this is all very disappointing.

BTW, you might want to update yourself with the latest developments before your enthusiasm gets out of control:

1.It depends what you mean by "crime". Personally I think we live in a backwards society where rich people can commit heinous, horrible actions (like causing the 2008 financial crisis) and actually be rewarded for it, while poor people are often ruthlessly branded criminals by our wealth-based legal system for struggling to survive. That being said, I think that people who steal elections and rape/beat their wives shouldn't be trusted, especially when they endlessly talk about things like democracy, freedom, and "respecting women."

    2. The point I was trying to make is that Republicans who complain about Hillary being a "criminal" aren't being intellectually honest. They have a field full of dubious, morally and legally corrupt candidates who have done much worse than (a) being careless with emails or (b) perhaps lying minorly to avoid a bad situation. Moreover, the same dubious logic they use to "prove" that Hillary has committed some "crime" can be used to prove that their candidates have commit far worse crimes, rape and election-theft being among them.

    3. The problem with "nationalism" are many. Besides being associated with fascism, it has caused virtually all of the problems nationalists complain about. Simply consider Bush's interventions in the Middle East, which were justified using nationalist ideology but caused the massive immigration crisis that European nationalists are currently so upset over.

4.The importation of jobs overseas is clearly a result of capitalism, which nationalists support. That being said, I would support a policy to prevent corporations from exporting jobs oversees. I think Democrats would as well. Conservatives wouldn't, and conservatives tend to claim to be nationalist. That's a problem for you.

    5. To give you a hint, I'm not a Democrat or a liberal, though I support them over conservatives, so all the points you made about that fall a little flat. The fact that they haven't been able to muster the political guts needed to stand up to international corporations that export jobs overseas does upset me, primarily because it's the fault of conservative nationalists who stand in their way.

    6. The reason Democrats never did anything besides throw "dog-and-pony talk" at the issue of job importation is mostly because conservative nationalists (who mobilize your ideology) blocked them, complaining, as they always do, about "big government" and the "free market".

    7. There's an inherent tension between nationalism and capitalism, as I've touched on above. It's sort of funny that you should bring up the "job importation" issue, because it clearly demonstrates how. Self-proclaimed conservative nationalists who endlessly complain immigrants, extremists Muslims, jobs being imported elsewhere, etc. The problem is that these issues are clearly a direct result of their own policies. This quote from a previous post I made demonstrates how:
"Extremist Muslims? You mean the "freedom fighters" Reagan funded in Afghanistan to stop the "evil empire" of the Soviets, right? The guys created from three decades of conservative military and political interventions in the Middle East in which the U.S. consistently either (a) funded corrupt dictators to preserve our interests (the Shah in Iran, for example) or (b) unilaterally invaded countries (such as Iraq) and destroyed the infrastructure, with no thought as to the eventually consequences?

Similarly, the Mexican immigration issue in its modern form arose almost entirely by NAFTA, which originated with Reagan. Small-scale Mexican farmers couldn't compete with heavily subsidized U.S. crops, so they emigrated to the U.S.

The inherent contradictions of the "defining culture and values" of America is what lead to all the "problems" you describe in the first place."

Similarly, the Syrian refugee crisis is a direct consequence of those conservative military interventions (backed up by nationalist ideology) that I mention above. As for the job importation issue, I've already explained how many conservatives vehemently oppose even moderate regulation of corporations to keep them from shipping jobs oversees.

In conclusion, nationalism in its modern form is an ideology that is hopelessly self-contradictory. It actively hurts the sacred "Nation" it seeks to defend though the results of its misguided policies, then attempts to use those unfortunate results to convince people that nationalism is necessary. In other words, it causes the disease, and then proclaims that it is the cure. Which sort of makes me doubt that "nationalists" hold any real commitment to the values they claim to. Ironically, a "real nationalist" (insofar that the values nationalist claim to defend actually exist) would, for all intents and purposes, have to be a Marxist, because the only way "Nation-States", as you call them, can be effectively defended today is by opposing the global capitalist system that increasingly erodes their traditional power structures.

8.. In this line of critique, I can easily point out that the "threat" to America isn't a demonized immigrant Other, as nationalists claim, but a ultra-rich oligarchy tat is rapidly eroding those "rights" you speak about. By the way, nationalists support that oligarchy.

To sum up my general position:

Yes, if that person is making (a) making a point about who someone who they claim should go to prison for committing a crime (as Brewskier was), or (b) is a church-burning pagan murderer neo-fascist, like Varg Vikernes, whose political philosophy created the very problems he loves complaining about.

I don't think anyone here was wishing for her to be put to death. Most honest people who care about scandals like the ones that have peppered the timeline of Hillary's political career leading all the way back to Watergate just think she should face consequences for her actions.

What's not real about improper handling of classified material and purposeful attempts to operate outside of congressional oversight and public disclosure.....at the least. Very likely criminal acts in the handling of classified information?

She orchestrated the obfustcation, delay, deny, everyone just don't talk and we'll get away with it campaign. SOP for the Clinton's and the their supporters whine about how much the investigations cost and how long they take.

    You said
Where did you hear that? Especially since they just announced the investigation is expanding into even more corrupt acts and ethical violations.

leakers leak, they don't give you everything you want, so no proof today, but there was enuf for me to conclude it's just the never right doing what they do and the investigations will fizzle no matter what higher gear they may hit.
the point is you're banking everything on tearing Hillary and Bill down instead of bettering your kondidates and party, and they ain't going down, so you're stuck with Trump, Cruz, Fiorina, and other outlandish impossibilities again, and this is supposedly a strong roster?

all you gotta do is nail'm for once, I'm all for it if there's really an issue, and I mean for something worse than what Gen. Petraeus or James Clapper got away with.
you call yourselves conservatives while we ''whine'' about this horridly wasteful and endlessly destructive bs perpetrated against this country, for nothing but the pettiest of party politics? yes, we do
