Another law, bites the dust?

    For those that think, or believe with a religious like fervor, that science is settled, in hard science, not to mention in the softer science of evolutionary biology, well, that is of course due to ignore-ance of the history of science

    Of course such minds ignorantly fail to recognize something which is settled. And what is settled, is that science is a very tentative field, for it is after all based upon limited knowledge.

    And what is settled also, is that the arrogance of the human ego will always affect beliefs about science, that it is settled.

    So, what else in science, is, settled, to the point that it has become no different than religious dogma? Science is chock full of dogma, as Sheldrake pointed out in his book, The Science Delusion(the UK title, but known as Science Set Free in America)

    You do realise that this turned out to be a mistake? CERN was asking for scientists around the world to find out what they had done wrong. It was eventually found.
