I don't believe you can, but sell 100 bucks of SNAP for 50 bucks and grab all the Fancy feast you can would work. Same way people are buying smokes and booze, the enforcement seems pretty tame.

No. It's not for human consumption......altho I've heard about some very poor elderly eating it b/c it's cheaper than tuna. Now that's downright SAD......

I'll tell ya something else the EBT holders can't buy on the card, which is edible, for human consumption and that's organic coconut oil. Saw that about a yr or so ago when I was checking out at the do-it-yourself check-out line. I heard the young mother w/a toddler next to me ask the clerk why the scanner spit out the price of a food item, which was coconut oil. The clerk told her the state doesn't pay for it.....I recognized it b/c I buy it - pure/virgin coconut oil which is very healthy and kinda pricey.

It pisted me off. There was a young mom wanting to feed her child a healthy food, instead of chips & soda and the gov won't have that.

There's no $ in it if people are healthy.........
