It has already been documented since the beginning of the year (at least) that Hillary Clinton has committed crimes against national security laws involving classified information. You can google up page after page of facts that clearly reveal that she transmitted and received classified information on an unsecured computer server which wasn't even correctly sited in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, as required by law.

So, exactly WHEN is the FBI and Justice Department going to quit dragging its feet and produce the inevitable, and unavoidable indictment? It's a simple question....

About the same time as Bush and Cheney.
    Or Cruz
    or Trey Gowdy.

There's a reason it's not really being pursued by Washington.

It likely happens with greater frequency than they want the public to know.

They are building a rock solid case against her that she can not wiggle out of and they also do not want to bring it when Obama is in office with his blank pardon. She will be convicted as a private citizen or impeached as a president.

    Just be patient.

I'm sure you have ben "smoking/chewing" on some Texas Pekoe, and it's effected your brain and other parts of your weak, melted, ad-normal body. So, I'll try to educate you like you never have been educated before. Hillary Clinton didn't break any laws by having her on private email account, nor having a email private server. She didn't have her own computer, just a an email account on a computer across the hall from her office.

Now, I suggest that you take a long hike up to one of those tall mountains in Colorado and see if you can fly off one peak. Bye, Bye.

Outside of the fringe, nobody brings it up. Not relevant to a lot of people.

The Wall Street transcripts are a much bigger deal right now to the voter base.

I did google it. I found this.

The State Department said it had “upgraded” the classification of the emails at the request of the nation’s intelligence agencies. Mr. Kirby said that none of the emails had been marked at any level of classification at the time they were sent through Mrs. Clinton’s computer server.

Mrs. Clinton’s campaign responded forcefully, saying that the process of reviewing the emails “appears to be over-classification run amok.” A spokesman, Brian Fallon, said all of the emails should be released.

“We understand that these emails were likely originated on the State Department’s unclassified system before they were ever shared with Secretary Clinton, and they have remained on the department’s unclassified system for years,” Mr. Fallon said.

Neither Mr. Kirby nor other officials would discuss the emails now being withheld, but the classified emails include those cited in a letter sent to the Senate on Jan. 14 by the inspector general of the nation’s intelligence agencies, I. Charles McCullough III.

Mr. McCullough wrote that “several dozen emails” contained classified information, including some now determined to contain information at the “top secret/S.A.P.” level. That designation refers to “special access programs,” which are among the government’s most closely guarded secrets.

It was not clear whether those emails were written by Mrs. Clinton or, as has been more often the case with the thousands of emails released so far, were messages written by other State Department officials and forwarded by her closest aides.

Officials at the State Department have said the “upgrading” of the classification of Mrs. Clinton’s emails has been routine. Mr. Kirby said Friday that the classification review was “focused on whether they need to be classified today.”

Emails previously released by the State Department have been redacted because they were deemed to contain information that should not be made public. But the 22 top secret emails are the first to be withheld entirely.

Weird, isn't it? These facts, they are pesky.

I think what we have here is a bit of a witch hunt, perhaps approximately named in this case. Not saying that there are not merits to the accusations, as there well may be, but the accusations themselves seem to not be wholly accurate.

She's not going to be indicted anywhere except republican fantasyland. I guess the right will have to put up a decent candidate to beat her. Oops, looks like that isn't going to haappen. Have fun with your carnival barker.

The wheels of Justice grind slowly, but they grind exceedingly fine.

Seems odd the FBI would be investigating someone for months if it's obvious no laws were broken. Do they just randomly pick names out of a hat for investigations or something? Also, if you know the inner workings of the FBI investigation and what they actually have on a public forum that is a federal offense which could land you 25 years in prison.

It probably wont happen. Hillary could threaten rape victims and democrats would still support her, besides most democrats hate America, so espionage is completely acceptable....

Plus, Hillary is trying really super hard to tell the truth, now, and its the thought that counts....

not with the current president, so she better win, or else President Trump can send her to prison.

So whats your snappy comeback for this news, http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news...ls-contained-info-above-top-secret-ig-n499886

Is it all just another one of her vast right wing conspiracies or did she break the law? Are we ever going to get to find out or are the Clintons really above the law after all.

    Truth.

Sadly, although providing pathetic comic relief in the process, the right-leaning wingnuts soldier on.

It's hilarious how people defending Hillary are relegated to a one sentence explanation contains six words or less.

And when they realize that this latest witch hunt is going nowhere, they will revive BENGHAZI. Faux News will lead that charge to be sure.

It's not going to happen because:

    A) Hillary has too many influential friends
    B) She did nothing wrong
    C) Most Americans just don't care
    D) All the above
    E) None of the above

    Take your pick.

Reading the above, I see how people get away with crime so easily. First rule. Be a member of the Democratic party. That is your ticket into a life of crime.

I wish there were some way to limit responses so that they be posted by people who have held, or are currently holding federal government classified security clearances. Maybe that would clear out the Hillary fan club, because I would bet everything I own that NONE of these clowns have ever had a security clearance. If they did, they'd KNOW better than to post (*)(*)(*)(*) like the one above. Here's yet another link: http://nypost.com/2016/01/31/this-was-all-planned-former-ig-says-hillary-state-dept-are-lying/

Posts from people who aren't, and have never been a member of "the club" are just partisan speculation, rant, or idiotic blather (like this post I'm responding to). Oh, BTW, I've held two top-secret security clearances while working for two different Fortune 50 Federal Government Prime Contractors. I can't prove it here, per se, but none of the Hillary-lover faction here can disprove it, either.

But you don't have to be some kind of James Bond to be able to read simple English -- she broke the law, over and over. The FBI has been tasked with investigating the FACTS of these matters, and love her or lose her, the integrity of the Federal Bureau of Investigation is ON THE (*)(*)(*)(*)ING LINE. So there it is, people -- time to STAND AND DELIVER! And as far as honor or integrity of the stooges in the Obamanite "Justice" Department go, there hasn't been ANY since those morons took possession of the office keys starting in January 2009....

Here is a simple answer: We are a nation of laws therefore we need evidence that someone committed a crime before we should/can indict someone. Wishing and hoping and praying for an indictment when evidence is lacking will not work nor should it in a free society. We live in a constitutional republic therefore we follow the Constitution and our Constitution does not allow us to imprison someone based upon political wishes. You can keep wishing for an indictment until the mountains wash to the sea but lacking evidence you are up the proverbial estuary without a means of locomotion.

I had the confidential clearance in the Army. That is a low level clearance.

Here is the major point Democrats want ignored.

She had possession of Government property at her home. Those e mails belonged not to her, but to the Feds.
