What unlawful benefits have Democrats proposed? What they have proposed, along with a few Republicans BTW, is to allow a legalization process. This is not an incentive to vote for elections nor violates the law.

In NV, Illegals are given 'Non-Resident Driver's Permits' which they obtain with ZERO paperwork, ID, etc. instead of Driver's Licenses. (While the rest of us MUST bring our Birth Certificate, Passport, and ALL other forms of ID we may have to the DMV.) Not to mention collecting Welfare, getting Food-Stamps, Obamacare, etc. etc. etc.
The Dems haven't proposed unlawful benefits, they've simply refused to enforce our existing Laws, and allowed Illegals to receive benefits that they are NOT entitled to.

You cannot enforce the laws unless the agencies are fully funded. It goes both ways. I will give you an example. If I hire you to do a job, but pay you 20% less than what it takes to do the job AND only give you 2/3 of the people to do the job in the first place, should I complain if you could not get the job done because you lack the resources and personnel to do the job and blame you at the same time? As for benefits, illegal aliens are not receiving the benefits, but their USC children are. Case closed.
No proof was ever presented about illegal aliens. There was some proof of noncitizens voting, but non citizens can mean US nationals, legal immigrants, or illegal immigrants. But even the report says that the 784 votes by noncitizens was not enough to overturn the results. In other words, he lost on both counts and ended up showing he was a sore loser.
With dems running the polling places it is hard to catch the wetbacks voting a few times. Even with poll watchers the bureaucrats have ways to get the known illegals in so that they can vote and help thedems grow the government.

The agencies ARE funded. Law Enforcement IS funded. Our Fed Govt. refuses to enforce our existing Laws. The case is still open to those of us willing to accept reality.
