Right, it's not the Republican's fault, but I don't see a problem in involving them to be a part of the solution. I don't know how it would work, but a group of Republicans should make the case for Chicago and maybe flip it for future elections. Their platform would be far more effective than the terrible one in place now.
It was mainly Caucasians that created ghettoes when they made an exodus from a neighborhood when an African-American family moved in. Chicago is a prime example of this scenario.

and this is only going to amplify in the upcoming years as they are running out of taxes to raise, and will soon be driving corporations out of the city like california is doing with its increases... meaning all the high paying white collar jobs will leave as well as all those salaries spent propping up the city and businesses within it...
