I always thought Jesus was a carpenter. Maybe we're talking about a different Jesus. I went to school with a Jesus Ovando, Chilean born and very bright. He became an engineer. He would have made a good carpenter though.

You are correct about the body fat part. Blacks can be taught to swim, but the lack of body fat in the buttocks prevent blacks from floating unless they are continuously treading water or they sink like a rock. That's why most blacks fear water.

May explain why when you look at all of the photos and videos of the Obama's seven annual multi million dollar vacations to Hawaii every Christmas, you'll notice that when Barack goes into the water he never goes beyond where the water is deeper than four feet.

I have read estimates that Che himself stated he was personally the executioner of about 1500 or more people alone. OK, Obama is in Cuba attempting to open up this imprisoned island to Western society, yet it foments revolution all over the world, sending soldiers into South American and particularly African conflicts. The number of political prisoners (Cuba says about 50), that isn't believable, there are thousands imprisoned there, defies imagination. What are we supposed to get from this visit? Airline traffic; hotels and casinos; tourism - all of that money going into the coffers of the corrupt and brutal Castro government, with no end to their rule in sight, and no probability of an end of their human rights violations? And we are talking about giving up Gitmo, which along with the naval base at Roosevelt Roads in San Juan, guards the Panama Canal? As Belgium burns, Obama tango's and goes to baseball games there? Now posing for a photo-op under the memorial to Che? Ya gotta be kidding me. The man is a disgrace to the United States - this isn't diplomacy - it is surrender and utter contempt for America - another apology visit. Thankfully we will be rid of him in less than a year - and as one American, I sort of hold my breath every time his name is mentioned - because nothing good ever comes from this administration..............

 

China continues to run their roving death squads continuously across the countryside, killing sporadically, without reason usually, even killing citizens for having more than one child without permission. Yet they happen to be our biggest trading partner in the world. Anybody think Washington is trying to correct their human rights violations and record? I used to wonder why Obama turned his back on the genocide in the inner city of his hometown, Chicago, now I know, he just doesn't care one bit about human life, or America.

 

Yea, and his tee shirts with his image sell like hotcakes in America to teenager's, who have no idea who or what he was. I usually inform them when they are wearing them - of his history. They just think the shirt is cool - so much for awareness of history............

 

This is an excellent post which makes an excellent point. I am not a fan of Ronald Reagan, though I did vote for him twice, though only as the lesser of two evils. I did not agree with his visits to Moscow or to China. Lenin was a mass murderer, as was Stalin, and Khrushchev, and Mao. However, in my considered opinion, President Reagan was lot less sympathetic to Communist ideology than President Obama, and lot more pro-capitalist and individual rights. So, in this case, it might be argued he did more good than harm. However, not by me.

In essence, the question is: Does an American President lose a certain degree of his moral stature by treating tyrants as moral equals. I assert they do, and more: by shaking hands, by posing with them, by having your picture taken in front of pictures of them, you are sanctioning them and their murderous actions.
