I explained how not only is this possible, it's likely.

That's why in 2014 we sent 2 satelites to monitor foriegn SPY SATELLITES THAT ARE LOCATED IN HIGH ORBIT

US launches 2 spy geo-satellites to track ‘nefarious capability’ of other nations

While I cannot cite it directly, I can cite tons of supporting evidence.

You cannot cite supporting evidence of why this would be impossible right now or even unlikely.

Your entire argument is built on a false notion that this capability is unlikely. Your argument is self defeating

More supporting evidence of why we likely have modern satellites like this

The KH-11 KENNAN is the most advanced recon satellite to be unclassified. First launched in 1976 by the NRO, it's the first US satellite to employ an EO digital sensor and charge-coupled device (CCD), which reportedly provides an Enemy of the State-style real-time observation capability. Very little is known about the satellite's hardware though many have speculated that its roughly the same size as the Hubble Space Telescope with a similar 2.4-meter mirror producing a six inch resolution.

So? Iran was going for nuclear ballistic missiles but not only use ballistic missiles. How am I brainwashed? Is it not okay to defend yourself even a little bit?

    Again, not for Russian missiles.

High altitude optical sattelites are for tracking space junk and other satellites...not military positions on the ground. And why the hell would you? The closer the less scanning you need.
As said by the RT propaganda source.

We spend on military 7 times Russia spends. Pentagon is a sucker on American taxpayer. Government pays them $200 for a hammer and billions for innovation projects.

Oh American taxpayers don't mind that - after decades of their taxes being squandered and otherwise abused they're used to it by now. And if the Pentagon should want some more it can simply borrow some from NASA; then NASA can dream up yet another dotty intergalactical investigation to get some more research funding to make up the shortfall. $20tr national deficit today, $30tr national deficit tomorrow? No big deal - just keep borrowing on Bond issues and let future generations worry about paying it back. Ain't Fractional Reserve a wunnerful thing?
