The coup failed Litwin, the coup failed ...so go cry. Nato won't be bombing, and people won't be suffering and dying to please you and the rest of the bunch.

On Sunday, unknown armed men attacked a gun shop and military compound in the Kazakh city of Aktobe, and tried to seize weapons. The attackers were neutralized, and the authorities imposed the "yellow" level of terrorist danger in the country.

    Why the terrorists chose Aktobe

There are no obvious causes for this, it would seem. The President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev has managed to create an effective state based on a relatively strong economic base. Over the last decade, despite all the difficulties and problems, the country has managed to maintain ethnic peace and general political stability.

But in the modern world, problems do not arise in states which have real internal problems, but only in states that are unlucky to be located at intersections of nations with certain geopolitical interests .

The armed rebellion in Aktobe was a literal repetition of the start of the Libyan war, only it was unsuccessful. Islamists attacked gun shops and tried to seize military equipment. If they had succeeded, there is no doubt that using the captured arsenal, they would have armed a small army and tried to create a "rebel government".

Had they done so, then Washington would have started its propaganda about the president oppressing his own people, until Nato ended up destroying Kazachstan the way Libya was destroyed (after all what's a few more lives for the New World Order), and in the meantime would have destablized Russia's southern flank forcing it to withdraw some forces from the West to cover it underbelly.

Uhhh Hoosier, I hate to inform you but Kazakhstan is not part of Russia. The coup was an attempt to destroy the country like they did Ukraine and Libya because of its location and its closeness to Russia. A change in its leadership would be a threat to Russia's security.

Kazakhstan will also be a transit point in China's new silk roads which will carry products from China to Europe... something the US hopes to hinder. Right now the US can block China's trade because of its fleet in the Pacific.

Nazarbaev is a typical secular Asiatic leader , he is not even close to Hitler. Putin is a dwarf version of Hitler ask the Czechs ...

Nazarbaev is a president running a authoritarian regime since 1989
as far as i know he is elected with 90% of the votes but none of his elections has met international standards so he is just like Assad or Putin in that regard
but atleast he and the other 2 are secular unlike sultan erdogan

I been to kazachstan a few years ago and while they have a fancy new capitol there are many regions in the east that are stil very backward and stuck in the soviet times up to the point that you even see those old lada cars driving arround

Ahhh! You brought up the Czechs, so I decided to honor them with a beautiful poem.

    Prague, Prague, oh beautiful Prague
how the world will miss you when you cease to be,
where children ran and folks walked free
    it's desolation now you see...
nor bush nor tree, will there ever be

Uhhh, I have news for you, both Assad and Putin had international observers at their elections, and they are the accepted Presidents by the UN.... regardless of what the Washington controlled medias tell you.

Maybe Washington better take a good look at what going on in their own country, and how a criminal like Clinton can be running for president before the American people decide enough is enough with their shenanigans before we end up in a civil war.

I read that some lawyers filed a racketeering lawsuit against Hillary yesterday and her war mongering bunch for voter fraud.

i don't you personally , about you but i and my people have payed the highest price for freedom and democracy. we didn´t get it for granted. so i know that Nazabaev is an Asiatic secular ruler , but what Muscovy wants to do with Kazakhstan , is way worst. they act exactly like Nazis acted in 1930th, 40th in Europe. but Kazakhstan has the Hans 100% security guaranty so we will see...

    some facts:

Kazakhstan does not have a good record of respecting the right to freedom of the press and free speech, and there is a lack of civil rights. Numerous journalists and political activists have been arrested. The current President, Nursultan Nazarbayev, has held his position and been running the country for a continuous 26 years. What should that that tell you?
Kind of borderline tyrannical, certainly compared to Western European standards at least.
It's not surprising that some prominent businessmen may have wanted to get rid of those in power.
