    And all the successful capitalist based countries have aspects of socialism. Germany, Sweden, Canada, the US all have
    various programs that are based off socialist collectives. Social Security. Government backed Airports and Sea Ports. Power
    projects like the Hoover Dam. Medicare, Medicaid.

    None of the pure "isms" have survived.

    Explain how business decisions are made in such an economy?

    Explain how someone with a business idea sets one up in such an economy?

    Explain why collectively owned businesses are not already numerous and thriving, in the present capitalist economy?
