Police say 'around 20' killed in shooting at Orlando nightclub, more than 40 taken to

This is a tragic event, and police investigations are not completed at this time. Many have been killed, even more have been wounded or are otherwise affected. It seems that the gunman has been killed, but it is not clear as of yet how.

Orlando shooter ID'd as Omar Mateen, U.S. citizen from Port St. Lucie.

 

He's 30 and his parents were from Afghanistan.

 

Is it ok to speculate Islamic ties yet?
