    Public MULTIPLE CHOICE POLL

A couple months ago a Muslim cleric/scholar went public in Orlando and Sanford Florida calling for gays to be murdered. He said this is called for by Islam and that murdering homosexuals would be an act of compassion to save them from sinning anymore. He told this to groups of Muslims at Orlando area mosques and Muslim centers on at least two occasions, plus his saying so was put online as a call to all Muslims.

Should he be prosecuted? Can a person get before groups of people outright calling for murder and then claim free speech protection?

I say no. In my opinion he committed conspiracy to commit murder on the state law level and the crime of organized crime on the federal level. Over 100 gays were shot BY ONE OF HIS FOLLOWERS, 49 of those dead so far.

He should be tried, convicted and sentenced to prison for life with him banned from any statements being released from prison and essentially put under a lifelong gag order.

(Sorry, I left off hit him with a drone strike if he's left the USA as a poll option. That's my first choice. Ideally while he speaking to a group at his mosque so none of those followers can follow his commands to commit murder for Allah.)

    What say you?

He is not an American but was visiting. Why was he allowed in the USA at all? Why wasn't he explored to see what he is publicly saying? Why wasn't he at least IMMEDIATELY picked up by federal authorities and instantly deported - rather than allowed to continue calling for murdering gays - doing so in Orlando - and 100% succeeding in his goal.

I want to hear anyone defend his being allowed in and even allowed to stay after calling openly for murdering gays in Orlando. Anyone, any of our Muslim apologists and importers care to try?

He can have his visa revoked. If he was a citizen then no there is nothing you can really do except put him on a watch list (not that that does any good apparently).

We've done drone strikes to kill clerics in other countries who are online and publicly trying to organize murdering Americans.

I guess it's ok, though if done in the USA and its ONLY calling for the murder of gays and women? That is your claim?

Actually, the President of the United States under the Patriot Act can have ANYONE arrested, imprisoned and even assassinated if he believes they poise a threat to the internal security of the United States. This was in the news. Obviously President Obama and his administration does not believe Muslim clerics in Orlando openly calling for murdering American LGTBs in Orlando poises any threat that HE cares about.

Notice how the corporate media has been 100% silent on this? 2 months prior an Iranian cleric was in Orlando calling for Orlando Muslims to murder gays - and 103 were then shot by one of his followers. Oh, no relevancy there, huh? Maybe that is part of Obama's deal with Iran. They get to send clerics here to go to Muslim centers to promote and organize Muslims in the USA to murder Americans. Apparently so.

I predict this will be the greatest cover up of the election season.

The media and talking heads will all ponder what possibly could have triggered this? Yet it is 100% known.

Ok, I suppose you are not the only person who supports the WBC church. However, they are Americans, aren't they? And I don't recall the WBC actually calling for LGTBs to be murdered by Christians. Do you have a link to that?

You actually are OK with the government allowing Muslim clerics from other countries to travel around the USA on VISAs to advocate beating and murdering women and murdering LGTBs?

The WBC does not tell its members to go out and murder LGTBs. That is exactly what the Iranian Muslim cleric was doing.

We literally do DRONE strikes clerics in the ME recruiting terrorists - but he was openly allowed to do so in Orlando Florida by the Obama administration.

Calling for people to be murdered IS A CRIME. Until now. The corporate media will never mention a word of this. Another great cover up of the truth.

Seriously, could I go around getting in front of groups explaining how it is their duty under God and Country to murder Muslims calling it 'free speech?"

I say he should be prosecuted but this type of prosecution should be even-handed and the speech-making shouldn't have to result in someone's death. There are extremists on all sides routinely calling for the deaths of someone or another but I'm thinking in particular of skinhead and neo-nazi leaders who call for the deaths of certain judges, Jewish talk show hosts, blacks, etc. I would go so far as to prosecute politicians who call for "exercising second amendment rights". I'd prosecute and jail the hell outta them, 1st Amendment be damned.

Yes. The USA does not have any laws that criminalize "hate speech". Should we post links to videos of so-called Christian leaders in the USA saying that gay people are deserving of death?

A Christian preacher said some less extreme things recently and got taken off of YouTube for "hate speech" but the Islamic guys go unmolested while saying worse things. Christian-phobia at work!

There must be laws against incitements to violence or murder. If so those should have been applied and then he should have been turfed out of the country.

Yes, he should be charged with a hate crime, conspiracy to commit murder, and also for threatening or inciting terrorism.

Anyone who advocates murder publicly should be prosecuted minimally for terrorristic threats.
