There are self-administered abortifacients and under normal jurisprudence, an "accessory to a crime" is also punished in a criminal justice system.

Also to prevent a woman from obtaining an abortion, you'll have to employ SOME means of restricting her movements or actions or even monitor her communications (We had a "pro-life" male here last year who suggested monitoring the Internet traffic of ALL women....to make sure they weren't "going on the Internet to find ways to have an abortion".)

But again, explain how you will ban abortion....but supposedly will NOT "control women"?

Since abortion is one of the most expensive procedures performed at PP, and ALL of them are non-government funded, it makes sense that it would be a significant portion of the NON-GOVERNMENT revenue. It remains 3% of their services performed though.

They don't. if the number of abortions performed is divided by the total number of people served (2.7 million), that would mean roughly 12 percent of clients received an abortion. But that’s also assuming no person received more than one abortion.
