    Where did you see it was a bus full of illegals? I noticed from the article "Police initially reported 35-40 people were on the bus and authorities are still trying to identify all the victims, who are at various hospitals, Matey said" I didn't see anything saying it was full of illegals

    Who hired him to drive that bus? Those are the main people at fault. The guy is obviously unqualified for driving a bus, regardless of where he came from.
