    Darryl must never die.

Its probably Glenn. I recently read that Negan was based on Henry Rollins. Rollins would be a much more believable psycho killer.
I hope this season isn't all based on Negan controlling the group. That would get boring after awhile.

Alexandra was suppose be the end of it. I think thats when the storyline basically went own hill. The characters became kinda weak and totally unbelievable.

I tell ya', I've been a fan of this show since day one, but it has bogged down alot as of late. When I'm watching a show, and I pick up my laptop and go on Facebook, there's a problem (to me) with the show. That has happened often, with TWD and also FTWD.

Well last season TWD went in for stunts. They played with Glen (is he alive or not?) and then they failed to deliver a pay off on the season finale about who Negan killed. It just came off as cheap and cheesy. I hope they've learned their lesson from that.

As far as FTWD goes, all of those characters are just terrible. I can't wait until they're eaten.

When I watch FTWD...I cheer for the zombies. Those humans are too idiotic to survive. lol

Don't be surprised if they've not learned their lesson. I agree - cheap and cheesy. Just like scary movies with cheap, theatrical "jump scares." Don't pull that (*)(*)(*)(*) with me. You want to scare me? SCARE ME. Don't insult my intelligence by trying to scare me with somebody jumping out from behind a chair. All that does is (*)(*)(*)(*) me off.

LOL aw, it's OK. Just OK. Nothing spectacular, but I find myself picking up my laptop more and more when FTWD is on.

I like some zombie movies but I am not a retard about it - and I have never watched Walking Dead but I hate it and the people that watch it. The masses that watch Walking Dead remind me of the masses that watch Game of Thrones. I will not watch either of these shows because US media begs me to watch them. I have to wonder why US media is so very desperate for me to watch the Walking Dead. I am sick of hearing about the *******n Walking Dead. And Walking Dead people also remind me of these Lord of the Rings people. They have this lemming type nationality about them. Walking Dead people make me feel depressed and they shake my faith in humanity.

Why not just kill yourselves? Seriously.

edit - Zombie Movies are cool arent they? And so are sentences that contain 'zombie apocalypse'. Dont you people understand that you are the zombies?

    Brains! Brains!

What is your problem? Nobody is asking you to watch it or participate in this thread.

What is scary about TWD is not the zombies but the other people. The survivors have broken up into tribe like groups. It shows what people are capable of doing to one another when they need food, water, medicine, safe shelter, etc. The zombies are more of a nuisance. It's the other people that you need to be scared of.

It's a great show with great character development and good chemistry between the characters.

Having said that, I find that I cannot warm up to the characters on FTWD. The character development was horrible. The characters have no chemistry between them.

Yet here you are, talking about TWD. If you hate it that much, why do you bother inserting yourself into a discussion about it?

People who suggest others kill themselves over a television show shake my faith in humanity.

The drama and the danger come from the living. If all they ever did was kill zombies week after week, the show would've died long ago, like Buffy the Vampire slayer.

I like The Walking Dead it’s great but I’ve noticed they will advertise different cars during the course of the show. Is it ethical for advertisers to be trying to sell products in The Walking Dead when most people don’t even realize they are watching an advertisement? Every time I see a ford or a new Dodge I feel like they are pushing these products on me.

The charters are really strong but I think your right, If they only killed zombies the show would get boring. Now that I think about it what popular zombie movie or TV show had survivors that only killed zombies.

It's product placement and it's pretty popular. TWD is not the only show that does it.

Those zombies are too slow and stupid. Now, if the zombies were like the ones on "I Am Legend," then you would have to be VERY afraid of the zombies. Those zombies were super fast and could think!

I wasn't crazy about it either until this last season (or half-season, I forget how they do that). It's gotten much more interesting.

As for the original TWD, I'm getting sick of the human violence. It's as if the writers are having a contest to see how horrible actual humans will become if given a certain amount of power. I am skeptical that there would be so much violence for the sake of violence. It's like, why don't I just watch ISIS videos if that's what I want to see?

I'm sure I'll watch next week because I want to know what happens, but the "darkness" touted by the producers as a prediction of the show's season doesn't intrigue me.

True. People love violence, I guess. At the same time, it might get kind of boring without it. I would like to think that most people wouldn't be going around murdering people if they don't feel they really have to for survival's sake.

I watch it, the re-runs are on regular television.

I do not really like it, too many annoying errors and stuff, however, the train wreck factor makes me watch it.

    Pet peeves about the show,
They seem to ignore stacks of good supplies, not getting the Zombies out of commission quickly using means like fire or mechanical methods like Scythes mounted on lightly armored vehicles.

Not using improvised pedal powered ultra light armored vehicles or very high MPG stuff like motorcycles, or ham radio gear.
Steam powered vehicles and electric generators.

Staying put in one really good place and really defending and fortifying it.

The one part that bothered me most were the regular human cannibals, how they ate that guy's foot while he was still alive.

The question is how People can gradually lose their humanity in certain situations.

Reality asked that very same question when that plane crashed in the Andes mountains in the 70's and People had to eat the Dead in order to survive.

I thought People still being Anti Gun to any extent during a Zombie infestation quite funny.

Also, not knowing how to clean a gun or strip it down etc beforehand ?

Not that anything like Zombies could ever happen, I think however, it has fueled the rush on Firearms purchases and CCW as People realize that Zombies are NOT the only Danger.

Perhaps Liberal Democrats are the real Zombies for all intents and purposes.

It annoys me how nobody has thought of using an alternative fuel, wood in a steam vehicle, or wood gas to power a regular engine.

No propane use, no methane, no alcohol, no use of improvised fuels or wind power, or solar power.

No wind powered Zombie killing machines.

Killing Walkers is an old concept, first seen in the old movie, Wings over the World, a 1930's film well worth watching.
