There is a similar possibility, that Crooked Comey uses this reopened investigation to issue an actual, firm, glowing exoneration/campaign ad instead of the incompetent butchery and misstatement of the elements of federal crimes he brainfarted out last time. The "reopened" investigation could serve as a calculated scapegoat to lay all of the Clinton scandals on, even wholly unrelated ones, "once and for all" right before the election.
