Joe DiGenova: FBI agents refused orders to destroy laptops and they still exist

despite the FBI agreeing to destroy the laptops of Clinton aide Cheryl Mills and ex-campaign staffer Heather Samuelson as part of immunity deals made during the initial investigation of Clinton’s email server, agents involved in the case refused to destroy the laptops.

“According to the agreement reached with the attorneys who handed over their laptops, the laptops were to be destroyed per the agreement after the testimony was given –the interviews were given – – by the attorneys. The bureau and the department agreed to that,” DiGenova said. “However the laptops contrary to published reports were not destroyed and the reason is the agents who are tasked with destroying them refused to do so. And by the way the laptops are at the FBI for inspection by Congress or federal courts.”

DiGenova said the laptops have already been subpoenaed and the FBI is waiting for Congress to ask for them.

He is being investigated for misappropriation of funds from his charity.

And he has 75 lawsuits pending against him right now.

 

And, Hillary is in 5 different courts with all kinds of FOIA cases brought against her. Which all 5 of those Judges are aware of her lies, and the OIG who determined she broke Government protocols and is in Violation of Federal law.

The quantity of litigation filed against Trump and by him is far in excess of that of a typical real estate developer.

He has a reputation for threatening people with suits and for filing frivious lawsuits that get thrown out.

He also has a well deserved reputation for not paying his bills.

The Chicago Tribune is as conservative as any newspaper in the country. They were founded by a co-founder of the Republican Party and had never endorsed a democrat until McCain recklessly decided to run with Palin.

In addition this is not the opinion of the Tribune. Their opinion can be found in their editorials put together by the editorial board.

This article is simply the opinion of one reporter. Other reporters, bloggers and columnists will have differing opinions.

Brietbart knows the difference between a editorial and a writer's opinion. Their headline is intentionally misleading.

 

Give me a break. This is on the front page of every major newspaper and is receiving very prominent attention as the lead story on all networks.

There is no reason to assign any credibility to this claim at all.

First of all, it's Daily Baller, a haven for made up stories and right wing propoganda.

Second, the "source" is Joe DiGenova, a right wing lawyer and public relations activist. He and his wife were the publicists for Daryll Issa's Benghazi withchunts. They routinely planted fake stories in the right wing blogs in order to hype whatever hearing Issa was getting ready to stage.

As I noted earlier in this thread, this guy Kass is one of the Trib's right wing commenators. You are correct that Brightfart tried to falsely portray this as the paper's position.

I called out the OP on this yesterday. He responded by trying to derail his own thread. He hasn't been back since.

I find it funny tho, because for the last year Kass has done nothing but degrade Trump and support Hillary..

They're reporting this and portraying Hillary as the strong "victim".
