The renewed criminal investigation into Hillary's misdeeds -- and how it could affect the election.

    By Matthew Vadum
    November 1, 2016

Democrats are in panic mode a week out from Election Day as they try to spin away the FBI’s newly announced discovery of a hoard of two-thirds of a million potentially sensitive emails apparently related to Hillary Clinton’s catastrophic tenure as America’s top diplomat.

Partisan hack James Carville is spewing wild conspiracy theories.

I think it is an outrage and I think the fact that the KGB is involved in this election is an outrage and I think the American people ought to take their democracy back regardless of what the press wants to do and the excuses they want to make for [FBI Director James] Comey. That’s what I think.
He added, “this is in effect an attempt to hijack an election. It ought to be called for what it is.”

Just this past July, Comey was praised by Democrats far and wide for his wisdom in opting not to pursue Clinton. There is evidence federal officials tried to hinder various investigations of Clinton and the endlessly corrupt Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation, which functions as a bribe processing center for would-be president Hillary Clinton.

But Democrats have suddenly flipped sides, denouncing Comey as an enemy of the republic now that he has opened an investigation into the newly discovered emails.

Carville, long known as the “Ragin’ Cajun,” is apoplectic because he thinks these emails could change the dynamics of the election.

The old Clinton hand may be right.

Investigators found 650,000 emails on a laptop computer they believe was used at home by disgraced former Rep. Anthony Weiner (D) and his wife, longtime senior Hillary aide Huma Abedin. The computer is reportedly the same device serial pervert Weiner used to send sexual messages to an underage girl.

“Underlying metadata suggests thousands of those messages could have been sent to or from the private server that Mrs. Clinton used while she was secretary of state, according to people familiar with the matter,” reports the Wall Street Journal
[http://www.wsj.com/articles/laptop-...o-hillary-clintons-private-server-1477854957]. Some of the information emailed may have been classified.

Abedin, who has intergenerational ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, reportedly forwarded sensitive government information to her personal Yahoo email account and may have viewed it on her home laptop.

Over the objections of Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Comey notified Congress of the information about the previously unknown emails at this late stage in the election cycle because after letting Hillary off the hook this summer he was facing a huge uprising among FBI employees, the overwhelming majority of whom are not unprincipled supplicants to power.

Lynch is doing her best to make sure the Department of Justice probe goes nowhere.

Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs Peter J. Kadzik, whom Zero Hedge calls “the best friend” of John Podesta, Hillary’s campaign chairman and former White House chief of staff in Bill Clinton’s administration, is heading up the email probe.

So the fix is in. (emphasis mine)

In any event, the prospect of restoring his good name may also have prompted Comey to act.

People are upset at Comey because he took the coward’s way out in the email investigation and is viewed as helping the Clinton team and the Obama White House in their efforts to cover up wrongdoing.

It was back on July 5 Comey announced that despite the massive body of damning evidence accumulating against Clinton he would not recommend charges be brought against the former secretary of state for her use of hacker-friendly homebrew private email servers to conduct official business. Clinton and her aides were “extremely careless” in their handling of classified documents but there was no evidence of criminal intent, he said, even though the relevant national security statute does not require intent. The next day Attorney General Lynch confirmed no charges would be laid against Hillary. Lynch, as everyone now knows, had a clandestine meeting with former President Bill Clinton at a Phoenix airport a week before, at which a corrupt bargain was presumably made.

This internal rebellion in the investigative agency was serious enough that Comey felt he had to act immediately.

“I have some sources in the FBI and the former district attorney's,” commentator Larry Kudlow said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press.” “The FBI is in full revolt right now. The FBI has been in full revolt since the decisions made last summer.”

Ever the Hillary shill, host Chuck Todd corrected Kudlow.

“Not full revolt,” he said. “There's been a lot. I mean it's--there are agents--Let's not say full revolt.”

“All right, a semi-full revolt,” said Kudlow.

Because what I'm getting at is if Comey hadn't said what he said to Congress and the rest of the world, it would have leaked. It would have leaked. That whole building was ready to leak that they had discovered this new source with [Anthony] Weiner and [Huma] Abedin. So, I don't think Comey had much chance here. And I think the FBI is badly divided.”

Once again, the left uses the DOJ as a firewall to prevent discovery or prosecution of fellow criminals. It was way too predictable, but what isn't is a possible leak by FBI personnel who are fed up with the Clintons and Obama thumbing their noses at the law.
By "joining" the investigation, with Kadzik in charge, the DOJ has admitted that there is something to hide that could destroy Hillary's chances. The problem is that the cover-up is so obvious that people will fill in the blanks with their own theories, which by now are probably going to be just as negative as the truth. If someone at the FBI leaks the damning evidence against Hillary and she loses, she won't concede.
The left is blatantly telegraphing its desperation and we are watching a constitutional crisis coming to a head. This is the left making it clear that they feel entitled to power and have no intention of giving it up. If Trump wins despite all of their lying, manipulating, poll rigging, voter fraud, and intimidation, my bet is that we will see a Reichstag Fire sometime between Trump's victory and his inauguration. The Obama, Hillary, Soros cabal is not going to accept defeat per the rules of a constitution that they have been incrementally destroying for years. They'd rather see this country go up in a mushroom cloud than hand over the reins of power to someone who just might have them all arrested.

    FPM........excellent reference.

Did the Japanese panic after the Hiroshima bomb?
The Nagasaki bomb made sure that they did. And the deleted 33,000 Hillary e-mails which WikiLeaks will soon drop on Hillary will finish it.

Not so fast guys... "It turns out Assistant Attorney Peter Kadzik at the Department of Justice is also extremely close to John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chair".

If she is smiling broadly when the Chief Justice of the United States swears her in next January 20th...keep in mind that the reason for the smile is memories of comments of the "Dems are in a panic" type.

There is NO Democratic panic...nor should there be.

Hillary Clinton will be the next president of the United States...and the United States will be the better for it.

You find it odd that while Hillary only had 65,000 emails on her entire server (she deleted half, bleach-bitted it, and printed out and turned over half) that middle aged guy that likes to tweet pictures of his boner, to 15 year old girls had SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND State Department Emails on his computer?

Something isn't right about that: But, we get a at least a partial picture of what Hillary didn't turn over.

Ouch! But then that 12 point lead was utter crap anyway, and everyone with brain knew it.

I am spending my time having conversations in several different threads.

Because I think Hillary Clinton will be our next president...YOU think I should just sit quietly?

And what, in your opinion, is "the obvious?"

She picked the wrong fight this time. While the Demos have showed themselves to be hypocrites and not as good liars as Hillary.

Clinton campaign escalates effort to discredit FBI probe....

The Hillary Clinton campaign Monday escalated its efforts to discredit FBI Director James Comey’s disclosure of a revived e-mail investigation, accusing him of applying a double standard for refusing to publicly discuss investigations of Russian meddling in the presidential election.

The Department of Justice sent a letter to Congress Monday saying it would work with the FBI to “expeditiously’’ conduct a review. But it was uncertain that the law enforcement officials would conclude the revived probe of thousands of e-mails before the Nov. 8 election, and the cloud of innuendo created by Comey appeared likely to hang over Clinton’s bid throughout the final week of the campaign.

‘‘There is no case here,’’ Clinton said of the FBI review Monday, while campaigning in Ohio at Kent State University. She said the FBI “jumped into an election with no evidence of any wrongdoing.’’

Clinton’s campaign officials sought to turn the tables more aggressively on Comey, seizing on a report by CNBC. The cable TV channel cited an anonymous source Monday contending that sometime before Oct. 7 Comey had privately argued against US government agencies’ publicly fingering Russia for hacking efforts aimed at meddling in the election. Comey had reportedly argued that it was too close to Election Day to raise the accusation.

Mook called on Comey to explain why he was treating the Republican presidential nominee differently than Clinton, and to release information about any ongoing FBI investigations into ties between Trump, his campaign, or associates and Russian actors. The New York Times reported Monday night that the investigations have not found a link between Trump and the Russian government.

The CNBC story came on the heels of a scathing letter that Harry Reid, the Senate minority leader, sent to Comey on Sunday, in which the Nevada Democrat accused Comey of holding “explosive information about close ties and coordination between Donald Trump, his top advisors, and the Russian government.”

Reid blasted Comey for ignoring previous requests to make the information public. “There is no danger to American interests from releasing it,” said Reid, who also accused Comey of a “clear double standard” for sending Congress his letter on the Clinton-related e-mails.

The White House Monday got into the act as well, with an oblique critique of Comey’s action so close to an election. Citing Justice Department guidelines that law enforcement should avoid major actions that could affect an election, spokesman Josh Earnest said, “The president believes that it’s important for those guidelines and norms to be followed.”

But Earnest added that the president thinks Comey is a “man of integrity.’’

In addition to going on the attack against the director of the FBI, Clinton and her surrogates are expressing confidence that there is nothing to see in these new e-mails.....snip~

Yeah that does worry the left immensely. So they should think before they get violent and have to be taught what real violence is all about.

But we do expect Hillary to run to the SCOTUS should she lose. Even if she was to be landslided she would run to the Court, thinking her attorneys could save the day.

But she did make a mistake taking it to Comey.....knowing she has been caught in to many lies and then Comey saying she was extremely careless with her Judgement.

    Don’t blame Comey.....

Your enemies never hurt you the way your friends do. There couldn’t be a better example of this adage than the position Hillary Clinton finds herself in today. She is in a public war with FBI Director James B. Comey, compliments of her own friends.

The blame for Clinton’s current precarious situation starts with Clinton herself: her paranoid instincts, her matter-of-fact self-dealing and her complete disregard for rules and obligations. Blame can also be squarely laid at the feet of President Obama. While the liberals are all spun up about Comey talking about an investigation, he is not the one who started the discussion. Incredibly and needlessly, Obama declared Clinton innocent — more than once — long before the FBI’s investigation was complete. This gratuitous intervention by the president obligated Comey to personally quash the notion he was following the president’s lead. He had to protect the integrity of the FBI. And finally, it is appropriate to single out former president Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch. They had their “chance” very cozy private meeting on board a parked government airplane during the height of the FBI investigation. Not long after, Clinton campaign sources leaked that Hillary Clinton would consider keeping Lynch as attorney general in her administration. Since then, the attorney general has done nothing to dispel the idea that she would love to stick around during a Clinton presidency.

Meanwhile, there are steady rumors floating around that the FBI doesn’t trust the Justice Department. The FBI views itself as a crimefighter, and many rank-and-file agents think of their political bosses at DOJ as social tinkerers who are obsessed with the Black Lives Matter movement, transgender bathroom breaks and the like; that they really don’t “get” law enforcement. Given all this, there was no way Comey could have let the original investigation end with a benign written statement saying there were no grounds for an indictment or prosecution. One former agent told me that Comey was facing somewhat of an insurrection if he let the investigation be swept under the rug. So he had to publicly explain the bureau’s work and defend the independence and credibility of America’s premier law enforcement organization.

Now that new information has come to light, Comey is compelled to speak in public to explain this development. There is likely no way he could trust that the Obama Justice Department would properly pursue the new lead if news of it weren’t forced into the public. Does anyone think the Obama Justice Department would have been diligent in pursuing this lead if it had stayed under wraps?

So, the question is whether or not this new revelation finishes Clinton. The answer is “it depends” — but it sure doesn’t help. And as proof that the gods may be angry with Clinton, it turns out the emails were found not on a computer belonging to some anonymous bureaucrat but on a device the infamous Anthony Weiner shared with his now-estranged wife, longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin. More Clinton emails: useless. More Clinton emails tied to Weiner: priceless. It actually couldn’t get any worse for the Clinton campaign.

This race just got a lot closer, and the uncertainty that has gripped campaign 2016 in the past 48 hours doesn’t lend itself to a quick conclusion. It is somewhere between pathetic and funny listening to Clinton and her running mate, Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Va.), try to hide behind proper procedures and protocols for Justice Department announcements, but right now, that’s all they’ve got. Team Clinton will have no choice but to attack Comey, declare that this was just a brief misunderstanding, say it’s all over and there’s nothing to see and that anyone who dwells on it is a racist, bigot or whatever. The Clinton camp may have to pretend to jettison Abedin, but what they are really hoping is that Trump will overreach and save them, just like he has been doing since July.....snip~

Nobody in their right mind will accept a government, with no rule of law except unto themselves. Which that's what will take place if Hillary wins.

Day one.....Hillary goes under investigation if she wins. Once Ryan is out of the way. Articles of Impeachment will be drawn up. Without Charges, so the House can impeach. Then full Censure. House and Senate. Of course, then there are those 5 Courts of Law she has to deal with over the FOIA. Then the perjury charges will be pursued.

Already those overseas leaders wont be trusting anything she has to say and knowing she is compromised by the Russians and Chinese.

Plus putin is just waiting for her to scratch so he can make her itch furiously.

The Trump cult is all wee wee'd up about Comey's leaking that the pervert Weiner had emails on his computer but, unless the FBI finds anything significant, the likelihood is that the American electorate will choose Clinton to succeed Obama. FiveThiryEight currently puts the odds of that happening at about 70%.

Let's all hope that those alienated from America don't become violent when the People decide.

We already have the OIG that has ruled Hillary is in violation of Federal law. Also Protocols and Procedures when she was at the State Dept.

Which btw.....those 5 Judges know what the OIG ruled. For some reason you think those cases are over. Show us when they ended.
