Day 5-Huma Abedin still missing from the campaign trail

Obviously hillary has lost faith in her number one aide/advisor.....thus the question of the moment is what will huma do? Will she make a deal with the FBI as some reports indicate? Or will she attempt to hang with Clinton?

Perhaps she will stay in seclusion until she sees which way the wind blows? Like...wait to see who wins the election...if hillary loses she will no doubt co-operate with the FBI which would mean prision time for hillary.

Hillary is really in a terrible fix....what can she do? Well...not much really...she is going to lose the election...which is enough to kill her and beyond that...does not matter...I think she might enjoy going to jail and playing the role of a martyr.

Huma is probably exhausted and humiliated.. Plus, she's going thru a divorce.

There will only be prison tine for thevClinton Woman if she has committed a crime. Show proof and identify and describe the crime she committed and the exact law she broke. If you cannot you are only farting in the wind.

 

If I were Huma's parents I'd be concerned about her safety. She might have decided to take a stroll in Ft. Marcy Park.

 

He may try but since he was at the bottom of the food chain he very likely does not gave much to offer.

Amazing how Clinton & her team can magically disappear, isn't it? I mean, Huma (Hillary's long time shadow) & her hubby are being mentioned in almost every major news outlet since last Friday, yet she can just "POOF"... vanish into thin air! Is the media that short on staff they can't find her, or what? Or, maybe they just don't what to know so they aren't forced to ask her about this major story. Who knows, but I guarantee if this was Trump's closet aid there wouldn't be cave remote enough that the media wolves wouldn't search to find him/her...and when they did they'ed be more media camera's and mic's than we've ever seen.
Oh well...so what else is new, right?

Clinton originally denied that any of her emails contained classified information, but soon abandoned that claim. So far, 150 emails containing classified information have been identified on her server, including two that included information determined to be Top Secret.

She then fell back on the claim that none of the emails in question was “marked classified” at the time she was dealing with them. The marking is not what makes the material classified; it’s the nature of the information itself. As secretary of state, Clinton knew this, and in fact she would have been re-briefed annually on this point as a condition of maintaining her clearance to access classified information.

Then there’s location. Clinton knowingly set up her email system to route 100 percent of her emails to and through her unsecured server (including keeping copies stored on the server). She knowingly removed such documents and materials from authorized locations (her authorized devices and secure government networks) to an unauthorized location (her server).

Next we have the lack of proper authority to move or hold classified information somewhere, i.e., the “unauthorized location.”

While it’s possible for a private residence to be an “authorized” location, and it’s also possible for non-government servers and networks to be “authorized” to house and transfer classified materials, there are specific and stringent requirements to achieve such status. Simply being secretary of state didn’t allow Clinton to authorize herself to deviate from the requirements of retaining and transmitting classified documents, materials and information.

There is no known evidence that her arrangement to use the private email server in her home was undertaken with proper authority.

Finally, there’s the intent to “retain” the classified documents or materials at an unauthorized location.

The very purpose of Clinton’s server was to intentionally retain documents and materials — all emails and attachments — on the server in her house, including classified materials.

The intent required is only to undertake the action, i.e., to retain the classified documents and materials in the unauthorized fashion addressed in this statute. That’s it.

Huma has NOT been indicted.. They can't take her passport. She's a US citizen.

 

Honestly, I don't think Weiner is as bad of a pervert as Bill and Donald are. No allegations that he's actually met these women or girls. There are allegations about Bill and Donald with underaged girls. I kind of feel sorry for Weiner.

At least one of those was an email chain Clinton sent Abedin that has since been classified. In it, Clinton asked Abedin to print a sensitive memo from informal advisor Sidney Blumenthal about the political situation in Northern Ireland.

Now we have been wondering how Sid Blumenthal had access to classified information he obviously was not cleared for. But was Blumenthal also running businesses in Northern Ireland in addition to his off the book activities in Libya? Was Hillary trying to run her own private intelligence force? We now have multiple “coincidences” involving Blumenthal and classified intel in the wrong hands, while Hillary was Secretary of State.

State was forced to release these messages because of a FOIA demand from Judicial Watch, which notes that three exchanges got classified and redacted by State for reasons of national security. The messages not only show that at least some of the deleted e-mails contained classified information, they also demonstrate pay-to-play shenanigans between State and the Clinton Foundation:

In an October 26, 2009, email exchange, power attorney and Hillary Clinton financial supporter, Charlie Ann Syprett, contacted Doug Band, apparently seeking help in getting around U.S. Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) restrictions on U.S. citizens’ ability to travel to Cuba. Syprett ostensibly wanted a waiver from the restrictions to enable people from her organization, SYC Charitable Foundation, to travel to Cuba, noting “we are not asking for something out of the ordinary.”

The emails also show that Valmoro sent Clinton’s government schedule to the unsecure email addresses of numerous members of the Clinton Foundation staff on October 16, 2009, again on October 18, 2009, and on October 25, 2009. The emails also include discussions of personnel matters and appointments on Clinton’s unsecure account, which may run afoul of federal privacy law.

Did the FBI knew about these records before Comey’s announced conclusion of the investigation in early July. It would almost certainly appear so — but if so, why wait until October 31st to release them? And if they did know about these, especially the exchanges between Hillary and Huma Abedin, why didn’t they take a closer look at Abedin and her other devices? “It is frankly remarkable that the FBI and Justice Department are only now investigating Abedin’s connection to Clinton’s mishandling of classified information.”

That does seem pretty remarkable, when put in context. It seems as though the FBI didn’t have much desire to fully investigate Abedin until a completely unrelated probe of her estranged husband dropped a ton of evidence in their laps.

 

So is the 28th or 29th more, equal to, or less than 5 days from today?
