If you thought his scrapping the Affordable Care Act and replacing it with “something terrific” was a bit too wonkish, the reality tv performer appears
to fancy himself the anchor baby love child of Carl von Clausewitz and Sun Tzu in his military acumen.

THE GREAT FLATU DEMONSTRATES HIS ‘STEALTH RIFLE’ BY WHICH HE ALLOWS
U S TROOPS TO SURPRISE ISIS WHILE HE REDUCES PENTAGON SPENDING

Trump has previously said he knows more about ISIS than the generals.
    .
All of this is particularly confusing, since, just hours earlier, Trump said that
he would rely on the generals of the U.S. military to create a plan to defeat ISIS.

The attack on Mosul is turning out to be a total disaster. We gave them months of notice. U.S. is looking so dumb. VOTE TRUMP and WIN AGAIN!

The US military has been an F troop since Bush Jr. They have no where to go but up under Trump. If Trump makes a serious effort to study Clausewitz, and Sun Tzu he will do just fine. Senior ranking US military officers are little more than political hacks for Zionist puppet presidents. If Trump knows more than they do about ISIS then that isn't saying much.

He's exhibiting safe trigger discipline there. I bet he knows how to safely clean and store a weapon as well so as to keep it at the ready if needed.

Alfred E. Newman could do a better job in the Middle East than this administration.

Obama and the democrats, no, the establishment republicans, the democrats and Obama have destroyed our military readiness.

And so your poor attempt at mockery fails to refute his points about the military.

Also, you are lying about what he said so that doesn't help your credibility.

How is it a good strategy to give ISIS a 3 months heads up?

We are being run by really stupid people. Hillary and Obama are the founders of ISIS, and Hillary will get ISIS's "Most Valuable Player Award".

Trumpf is the ultimate clown boy. A week from now, he will be folding his circus tent. Republicans whine day in and day out, wanting more money and sexy jet fighters for our military. Somehow, $600 billion annually isn't enough for them; they can't sleep at night without whimpering about our broken-down military. They would double the Pentagon's budget in a heartbeat, and starve half this country, to ease their paranoia. What they really need is a daily cocktail of medications, if they could afford it.

The Great Flatu claims that he knows more about ISIS than the generals.

    Deploy him on November 9.

I don't know if you are even an American, but your condescending remarks are insulting.

As a veteran, I take this subject seriously, and I think that your mocking of this issue is more evidence of the lack of empathy of liberals and liberalism.

We gave the Germans more than a year heads up that we were going to invade France. How smart was that?

The military may start looking like a military again, instead of a college campus. We need to keep the friends of the guy who bombed the Pentagon out of the Pentagon.

Seriously? We'd been preparing the battlefield in France for more than a year. Our newsreels regularly talked about preparations for the liberation of France.

Obama has slaughtered the US military in incredibly stupid decisions and constantly reversing himself.Lay off THOUSANDS of Air Force aircraft specialists and maintainers - HIGHLY trained - and then 2 months later decide he needs them asking them to come back - and 99% tell him FU! Literally, the AF has mechanics and teckies now having to fly in the aircraft on missions to keep them in the air - the less than 50% that still fly. Virtually none of those techs and mechanics who remain are re-enlisting at the end of their term. And half of the flyable aircraft we still have is due to AF top brass hiding aircraft rather than discarding them as ordered by Obama.

Increasingly Obama is like Hitler at the end of the war, making military plans with a level of military that no longer exists because of him. A viable military can not be dismantled and then suddenly thrown back together. This is particularly so since very few in the military trust Obama.

BUT our military does know how to say things politically and socially correct.

We lied to the Germans - and they fell for it. We did NOT attack where we said we would.

The British used a navy corpse with false invasion plans which was the most persuasive. Entire fake invasion forces with inflatable tanks etc was also employed, along with bogus radio traffic, heavy bombing and naval bombardment of the false landing site.

However, much of German armor was actually being held by the German officers plotting the assassination of Hitler for the purpose of taking out the SS. They then were going to surrender to the Americans/British with their military intact, but not to the Russians. But the assassination bomb failed to kill Hitler. Between that and most of what was in the field at the wrong location because Hitler had been tricked all worked. Most of the German military for repelling an invasion was elsewhere.

You're falling for this idea that an entertainer knows more about national defense than our generals, and I don't care what your history is, I don't even slightly agree with you.

Well, Hitler ordered his Panzer divisions to be in Paris at the time they knew the invasion was coming. Rommel opposed that plan, wanting them to be far closer. He worked to stop the invasion at the beaches, adding significantly to the defensive works that we faced on arrival.

Some of their high command seems to have thought that the shelling at Palermo was an indication that it would be impossible to stop the landing at the beaches, and that the invasion would need to be repelled from farther inland.

The assassination attempt was more than a month after d-day, wasn't it?

I think Trump, unlike Obama, is smart enough to listen to and take the advice and recommendations of the generals and admirals.

And no where had we revealed tactical aspects of the Mosul operation prior to it starting. We didn't tell ISIS which directions we were coming from or what our battle plan was.

In fact, the greatest gains have been from the East, where the Kurds have hit them, which was an unexpected direction because the Kurds should have attacked from the north.

We talked about invaded France. We didn't say exactly where or exactly how.

We talked about attacking Mosul. We didn't say exactly where or exactly how.

In neither case did our enemies gain any real advantage.

This failed military venture has already proven you wrong. They have had time to prepare and the leaders have had time to escape.
