Apparently that applies to everything he says - that is, not based on reality.

The primary reason Trump won't prosecute Hillary is because he can't. Comey said it best when he said, "No reasonable prosecutor..." Conservatives are just going to have to get over the fact that the Clintons' criminality has more to do with yer average conservative silly talk than any wrong doing on the part of the Clintons.

No, she committed a crime and Bill made sure Loretta got her off in exchange for a continued career inside the DOJ. For a non biased prosecutor there's more than enough to indict her. Now if we want to talk punishment under such circumstances, then I say slap on the wrist. After all it's still the rich we're talking about here.

Interesting question. Being that the Foundation question is still open I think she'd have to.

Don's a big softy at heart and doesn't want to prosecute a lady when she's down, there's gallantry for you!
But if she or her fanbois start making trouble for him in the future, he'll probably change his mind..;)

I think it would be a complete waste of money on the part of the government. The election is over and done with; nothing to be gained by attempting to dig up something Hillary at this stage.

Good luck finding a non-partisan prosecutor; Hillary has been so vilified by the public and press it's impossible for her to get a fair investigation and trial in this country.

Fair investigation? It's done and over. She's a crooked deceitful piece of work. Anyone with anything between the ears knows it beyond all shadow of a doubt. Lock her up and let her cankley self stew about it behind bars for awhile. She needs to be taught that she's not above the law.

How do you feel about giving Trump's kids security clearance? While they supposedly run the business as well?
And you guys want to lock Clinton up for using a private server? This is hilarious.

Have you ever entertained the possibility that the actual pandering occurred while he was calling them all of those names?

I agree with this. The FBI Director ought to be replaced, and a special prosecutor named.

Their investigation should be walled off from the Trump administration and the DOJ regulars.

If there are crimes, take them to a Grand Jury. If not, clear her.

It is important to show the country that we are a country governed by the rule of law that applies to everyone. If Trump is to begin to restore faith in our government, I think this is very important.

I don't say this because I don't like Hillary Clinton. It is the principle that matters. That principle outweighs every other consideration.

Isn't it a bit hypocritical for those who condemn others for protesting Trump's election to be clamoring for Hillary to be "burned at the stake"? BOTH sides need to let go in order to mend the deep wounds inflicted by this campaign.

Googling the phrase suggests its application is limited to Courts Martial, which of course would make it irrelevant to Hillary.

Look at it this way guys. If she is still walking free three years from now, he's going to have a really hard time convincing people he's serious.

No, she's going to prison. You can count on it.

it is a supreme court ruling on that very subject Burdick v. United States

There are substantial differences between legislative immunity and a pardon; the latter carries an imputation of guilt and acceptance of a confession of it, while the former is noncommittal, and tantamount to silence of the witness.

There is no way Trump lets Hillary walk...... That isn't going to happen.

There is way too much evidence to throw her ass and half the DNC's asses in the clink.

Sure, because it's not in his hands in the first place.

That is the job of the AG and Justice Department.

Sure Trump could theoretically stop it like Obama stopped it but Trump certainly won't stop Hillary from being tried. Oh and you can bet there are a number of people inline for AG that are licking their chops right now at the chance to end the Clinton Crime Family.

Nothing will happen without Trump say so. If trump does not instigate the prosecution given all the evidence, is he complicit in the crime?
