This is incontrovertible proof that God is evil. God does not live by his own golden rule.

God kills when he could just as easily cure. This is irrefutable.

This is a clear violation of the golden rule. The golden rule as articulated by Jesus.

    God then is clearly evil.

Do you agree with Jesus that anyone who breaks the golden rule is evil?

One day the devil and one of his cohorts as they walked along a road saw a man up ahead stop and pick up something off of the road. Suddenly the man threw his shoulders back, lifted his head and just beamed with great happiness. So the cohort looks at the devil and said, " I wonder what that chap found on the road to make him so happy?" To which the devil replied, "oh, he found a little bit of the truth". "But isn't that rather bad for business", asked the cohort? "Oh, not at all" replied the devil, " for I shall help him organize it!"

So, in your OP I can see the devil helping organize. Ha ha ha He is also at work as illustrated by the old saw, " figures don't lie, but liars can figure"

Apparently this kind of devil lives on the left and the right, for both sides lie when they figure, even if figures by just themselves are not lies. You can organize the truth in such a manner as to turn it into nothing close to the truth. We are quite clever at doing that.

In order to find the "god" of the christian bible good and righteous one must read the book with blinders and that preconceived notion...

those who don't see this "god" for what it is ... pure evil.

What do you know about what God would have others do onto him? And if he does, does not following the golden rule make one evil? I mean, I can certainly see how it would in a lot of cases, but God is kind of a special case. There are subtleties in the exact definitions that make sin, evil, religious uncleanliness and not following God's laws slightly different (even more so considering how many people interpret these differently anyway).
The context of Matthew 7:12 does not make it obvious to me that failure to follow the golden rule makes one evil (although I must admit I'm a bit unclear on who Matthew 7:11 calls evil).

There may be additional information you can provide that resolves this, but in its current form, the argument does not seem "incontrovertible".

Where did he teach that it was "evil" to not follow the golden rule?

Disagree completely. God is not breaking the golden rule. He planned our lives out before we were born, and planned our deaths accordingly. I have no clue what you're referring to when you say "God kills when he could just as easily cure. This is irrefutable.", as it seems like you are suggesting God has violated the golden rule unless every single person lives until the end of time.

You present an argument, not "irrefutable proof".

The argument is valid and could be sound. The claim of "irrefutable proof" is hyperbole.

I suspect the decades long American embargo had something to do with that.

Put another way, had the embargo never been put in place, I would not be surprised at all if the Cuban people would be much better off and their society would have worked much better.

I'm sure it's also our fault that The Soviet Union and Venezuela failed.

No. Evil is anything which is meant to bring about a separation between you and God. The Christ came into the world to make people whole once again, to restore our relationship with God the Father by acting as an intercessor.

I believe you are mistaking the "Golden Rule" for the new covenant under which Christians are called to live; the requirements of that covenant are stated in Matthew 22:36-40:

If you then claim that God doesn't love us enough, I would direct you to John 3:16.

What is "This"? If it is merely your dribble you are not making any sense at all.

God simply wants people to love one another. It's really not overly complicated. This world is just a stepping stone to a better existence. Each person has the free will to believe however they so choose.

I don't know about that, and I suspect neither do you.

    I said nothing about "fault".

Your "Hey look over there" is insightful.

Do you think that the USA's 50+ years of sanctions against Cuba contributed to Cuba's issues? Do you think they had no effect at all?

Please tell us your reasoned view.

Well there was that nasty business of Castro stealing $6,000,000,000 in US assets, but really, that was our fault too. We forced poor old Fidel to steal from us and then Communism would have succeed there, rather than failed there, like it did in Cambodia, the Soviet Union and Venezuela if only we would have been more helpful. Besides, Che' was probably the best t-shirt salesman the world has ever seen.

Another "Hey look over there!". You're batting 2 for 2. Your hyperbole is entertaining too, and not relevant.

Care to answer my question? If not, that's fine, just say so. Here they are again:

"Do you think that the USA's 50+ years of sanctions against Cuba contributed to Cuba's issues? Do you think they had no effect at all?"

In 1986 a "Tribunal on Cuba" was held in Paris to present testimonies by former prisoners of Cuba's penal system to the international media. The gathering was sponsored by Resistance International and The Coalition of Committees for the Rights of Man in Cuba. The testimonies presented at the tribunal, before an international panel, alleged a pattern of torture in Cuba's prisons and "hard labor camps". These included beatings, biological experiments in diet restrictions, violent interrogations and extremely unsanitary conditions. The jury concurred with allegations of arbitrary arrests; sentencing by court martial with neither public audience nor defense; periods in hard labour camps without sufficient food, clothes and medical care; and the arrests of children over nine years old.

None of this would have probably happened if we had just been nicer to him.

The Son wasn't around when Esau was. People got ticked off at Esau because he refused to marry his relatives. The story illustrates the Second Commandment as found in Exodus 34:15-16.

So, you believe the 50+ years of US sanctions had no effect on the current conditions in Cuba.

They Castro Brothers stole everything, pushed their folks to climb on rafts and brave shark infested waters, many of them didn't make it. Between the firing squads and the torture (and real torture, not just pouring water in someone's face) we made a collective decision not to do business with them. We didn't blockade them, they were perfectly clear to trade with the rest of the entire world. I'm sorry you are all butt hurt about that, but even if you get over it, I'm sure you will quickly find something else to be even more upset about. Some folks are just addicted to their stress hormones.

According to Christianity, Jesus is an Eternal Being who for a brief time was incarnate in human flesh. You seriously were unaware of that?

I don't see where the second commandment has anything to do with the situation and furthermore, this predates the giving of the 10 commandments by many hundreds of years.

God doesn't change, I can show the needed verses from the Bible if you insist but the faithful should know that much, so the same being who did or called on the faithful to do acts of violence, sexual crime, slavery and intolerance in the OT is still the same being now and will always be. May I ask as a normal humane man why the hell I should consider worshipping that being over preferring separation from it if that is the choice of afterlives? I would feel like I was worshipping Adolf Hitler when I knew he was slaughtering Jews and others in Concentration Camps if I did that its not to me worthy of worship even if you proved to me 100% it existed as per the Bible.

Fortunately rational men and women through the tools of reason refuted the Bible and other texts for being untrue, so don't believe in this being or anything supernatural.
