Because the states formed the federal government, and have the capacity to dissolve it - that is, they are sovereign
    That's all you need.

Why have countries? We should all be owned by China.

That's the ultimate goal...first get rid of the electoral college, then states, then create a one world government...step by step. There was a progressive in another thread asking what we have to fear about competing in a world economy in terms of labor.

Yes...that's what the American middle class wants...to compete with laborers from Mexico and Vietnam!!! Sounds like a recipe for success to me!!! /sarcasm

They know what they are arguing for but pretending to be ignorant. It's like the old tactic of debating by only asking questions. They are just too afraid to come right out and say what they believe just like in 2008 they would take great offense to being called a socialist. Just 8 years later they almost nominated one which goes to show their true intentions all along.

Presidents that will do that for the peoples interests constitutionally do not get elected.

"Turn it around" best interpreted means "alter ". Our states can use our right to alter or abolish and deal with the problem

But the state citizens must be prepared to create a "WE" by agreeing on the most prime rights in order to create reason for states to follow law.

Currently the federal gives them incentive to ignore law.

Yes, make states focus on enforcing the constitution.

The ultimate goal is to have a method for the entire nation to be fully and EQUALLY informed. The electoral college may sometimes equalize the imbalance.

The vote is manipulated by the information the voters have and the fact that there is no way for voters to develop truly "informed opinion". Currently media leads the public into the information the infiltrated government wants them to use in decision making at the polls.

To correct this, the realm of the PURPOSE of free speech must manifest; and it's currently (150 years+abridged,) so we need to formally and specifically agree upon prime constitutional intent to gain authority as body politic over states.

After 75% of the states use Article V properly, reasonably preparing to assure all amendments have constitutional intent, just like Article V requires. Respecting the 9th amendment if needed. Or, even if there is any question about constitutional intent.

The days of letting judges interpret the constitution in the way they have are over.

I describe how to manifest Abe 's perspective because of the. 9 th AMD.

Lincoln, 1859 "the people are the masters of the congress and the court."

    1) Without states we'd have no electoral college, and w/out the electoral college we'd have Al Gore and Hillary Clinton as presidents, nuff said!

If free speech served its most constitutional PURPOSE that would not be true.

    Until it is too late.

Living things are naturally controlled by their needs but the instincts defining wants can temporarily be elevated enough to dominate with social influences.

In the first response it appears that way. However social conditioning and levels of unacceptable controversy along with the human tendency to dissociate difficult memories causes behavior that appears as if needs are foreign and wants are the solitary recognized thing to be acknowledged.

After this election this was quite evident in many people I encountered.

Repeatedly people stated as long as their football/basketball/etc team wins, they did not care about anything else.

The cognitive infiltration I've the years has made it appear that a large percentage of the population is giving up on reality as the NWO agenda succeeds in creating confusion and complacency with media and long term control over society with power instead of human values.
