    Trump to attend the funeral? Not impossible, but unlikely. He doesn't take over for President Golf Club until noon, one month and one day from now.

    Are you kidding? Obama won't go... he just began having one long, last luxurious, lavish Hawaiian vacation, until January 6th! And you can bet your last Christmas gumdrop that he sure as hell won't be interrupting that for ANYTHING. He can send some low-level official in the U. S. embassy in Moscow instead.

    Who was this moron who shot the Russian ambassador? Anybody know him? Ya don't suppose he was some kind of "Manchurian Candidate" actor who was activated after Russia (supposedly) stole the recent U. S. election for Donald Trump, do you...? :eyepopping:

    The shooter was probably either one of his body guards, or a security personality (might be a police, too) of the building. Though I am pretty sure he was an agent. His words in the video: "Don't forget Aleppo, don't forget Syria, you will not be safe while our villages are not safe. Move back, you can only take my corpse here, I will die."

    He spoke perfect Turkish, and posing to be an "Islamist".

    Erdogan has too many internal problems as well as territorial ambitions towards Syria, Iraq and Greece to want friction with Russia. He's playing a game, but the possibility does exist that it might have been a Grey Wolf or someone who can't see Erdogan's bigger picture and took things into his own hands.

    Of course it could have been Erdogan himself looking for an excuse to get out of the meeting for his own reasons. And then again it could have been the Mossad. They play dirty like the CIA, MI6 and Turkey's MIT.

    One thing's for certain, the Russian intelligence will find out since that's their job, not like our CIA which is really Assassins Inc. (something which Trump's appointee Gen. Flynn plans on changing). The other thing we know for certain, is that we will never find out. The Russians are so secretive.

    Of course Islamists are not only Arabs, any Muslim might become an Islamist, I didn't mean that speaking Turkish contradicts with being an "Islamist", I just wanted to describe the situation. He was a native Turkish, that's proven. My understanding is that he was posing to be an "Islamist". But probably he was not. He did his job. But what was the reason, that's a good question.

    The damn Russians were warned to stay out of Syria...they wouldn't listen. Maybe they can blame Trump for this..since BO wouldn't have the guts to do this...

    This has nothing to do with Erdogan. Erdogan is quite hostile with NATO these days. He broke the relations with the EU also. His new friend is Putin, no doubt about that.

    Was the security guard taken alive, or was he shot? If he was taken alive then he might be a front and on a payroll. As I said the Russians will find out, but we will never know.:oldman:

    In such situations happens very difficult to take the terrorist live without having subjected big danger of people around civil or police. Therefore in the absence of a convenient alternative try to shoot on defeat.

    Its why he wants to get NATO in on his play.....He wants protection.

    Putin gave him a break when he let him know about the Coup. Putin isn't going to play like BO peep and Hillary in letting his Ambassador be killed.

    Erdo had a Russian Plane shot down. Putin will play it, first time.....shame on you. Second time would be shame on me, and Putin aint having none of that.
