That is false. Obama passed the stimulus in February 2009 as well as other programs to turn the economy around.

The only fairy tale was thinking Hillary (under FBI investigation and proven liar to Congress) was somehow "good" for anything. She wants war with Russia, she has trouble merely sending emails, let alone with any proprietary information on them, she has NO plan for the war on terrorism that doesn't involve droning civilians.
