    There should be a large change in funding for a viable space exploration initiative not including expensive telescopes and satellites with the involvement of the general public including tourism and mining hopefully regardless of difficulties and obstacles involving NASA, private companies, and persons.

    Interesting opinion...how do you propose we search for places to explore without telescopes or satellites?

    Many places have already been found. Would you rather thirty billion be spent on a telescope or that amount be spent on exploration and tourism. I want to see those nebulas myself :)
