Should California be let go?

....I think(unlike the past) that California has the right to secede from the Union!

 

If you love them you have to let them go. They can take Arizona and Nevada with 'em so we can get rid of John McCain and Harry Reid at the same time.

 

I'm literally open to anything that gets rid of McCain ...

 

I agree that if they want to they should be allowed to. I would try and keep them though, because as much as they don't think like the rest of the country we are a country that is better together rather than apart. There is strength in numbers. Any problems that have will bleed into the remaining anyway and it just makes for a longer fence that needs built.

 

Feed them beans. Let them become a state of Mexico.

 

As I am already tired of being ashamed of my nation who in a matter of weeks had gone from the leader of the free world to a international laughing stock so breaking away from the states who voters had brought such shame on all of us see like a good idea.

Hopeful such concerns will not be null and void due to Trump starting a nuclear war in the next four years.

 

Lincoln has already decided this issue in 1861.

Not reality as for example if the south had gone to the SC of the time and gotten an opinion that they are allowed to break away instead of taking Lincoln bait and attacking Fort Sumter we could all be living in a completely difference world.

Too bad that did not happen that way as the southern states had brought shame on all of us time after time and such behaviors are getting damn old.

Generally I'm for the self-determination of the peoples, so that, if Californians want to secede for real. Then I confess I'm not an expert of how does it work, when and if a State decides to leave the Union.

 

I disagree totally. The precedent was set 150 years ago that secession is not allowed. I do agree that 150 years ago it should have been allowed.

California basically props the union up. They only get back $0.54 for ever dollar they pay in federal income taxes. They are by far the most generous state to the union.

Agree! Read the original Constitution and you'll see that no state is forbidden to secede from the union! Clearly, A. Lincoln waged unconstitutional war on the Confederate States of America who had a perfect RIGHT to leave the U. S.

If Kalifornia, or any of these other predominately America-hating, hyperliberal pestholes want to leave, we who remain should throw a big FAREWELL party for them and get them all the hell OUT as fast as possible. I'd suggest that two new countries split away from the U. S. as we know it, made up of former states along both coasts. One could consist of Kalifornia, Oregon, and Washington, and the other would be be made up by as many of these liberal septic tanks on the East Coast as want to join them -- but surely at least New England and New York.

GO -- but pay any and all debts you owe the Federal Government upon your exit! And then you can go pursue your liberal fairyland daydreams to your hearts' content! DON'T EVER TRY TO COME BACK! Kalifornia may eventually be happier applying for statehood in Mexico, and if the East Coast republic (or whatever) is lucky, they'll simply turn over all control to Wall Street and be done with it....

No. What's to stop the same things from happening in other states then?

 

Trump is too soft to do much with CA. If we didn't have such a puss in DC, maybe CA could be saved. All Trump does is to talk. First thing Trump needs to do is to enact a law to make it a 10 year federal offence and $25,000 fine for harboring, aiding and abetting illegal aliens.

Now, Trump is stuck. If he lets CA loose, then the news is 'Trump gives CA away.' If he sends in the national guard to reclaim it and throw the illegal aliens out, the news calls him a Hitler.

Obama had it a lot easier. All Obama had to do was to force-feed the US on a steady diet of the glories of homosexuality and try to convince America that a man with a penis be allowed into a woman's bathroom. This way Obama could keep the US occupied with the homosexual agenda and pretend he didn't know anything about the fascist dem's plan to export illegals nationwide.

All the while the fascist dems were using CA as the back door to let illegals in to repopulate America...just to get their vote. Gov. Brown believes CA is the model for America. The plan was that when Hil got in she could take down all borders, confiscate the guns and the fascist dems takeover would be complete. Sadly for the dems, Trump put the kibosh on it.

Now the fascist dems seem to be taking Trump for a punk and are setting up sanctuary cities faster than fat girls eating pizza at a slumber party.

Well, here is my proposal if Trump wants to salvage CA...

Get a patriot militia organized. Have ICE give it some training. Send it into CA with broad bounty hunter authority. Have ICE set up a number of satellite stations to process the illegals as the militia brings them in. If some eggs get broken in the cleanup, that is just too (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) bad. If you built a life here and are illegal then kiss it goodbye.

After they work on CA, the militia fans out across the USA, state by state. But they can't leave CA unsecured when done, the CA traitors have to be removed from office or they will just let the illegals back in.

Other option...write CA off, it is already Mexico's for all practical purposes...Trump needs to build the wall around CA not Mexico.

 

California is the sixth largest economy in the world. The red states are just a huge liability and we are far better off without them.
