the 9th Circuit court just ruled. the ban is still not in effect. news just came out 2 minutes ago. justice prevails!!!!
Hope this makes our allies in Mosul who are fighting ISIS happy, unfortunately I do not think the damage that has been done to our efforts to combat terrorism can be undone by a simple court ruling.

Its not called the 9th circus for nothing . There is talk of splitting it up and making a 12th district out of 6 of its states. Besides I thought the circus had closed down since they took away the elephants
